I called this morning to get a quote for 2 cesspool pumping and the women on the phone was very polite and friendly giving me a great quote!! About 2 hours later they arrived. Seth and Jake came to service my house. They were very thorough with their job and I was pleasantly surprised that the smell wasn't foul while the pumping was being done. It seems they have an odor sprayer that masks it and I was very impressed! I would like to give this company a 5 star review. I live in Bohemia for 4 years and this is the first time dealing with a cesspool issue. We always had sewers in our old house and were in a complete panic when the cesspool started backing up into our basement. We called Jet Cesspool company and they were at our house within 20 minutes. Extremely professional and took control of the situation immediately. They were able to locate our cesspool quickly with the special equipment they had. After the snaked the whole system and pumped the cesspool the problem was solved with very little damage to our property or basement. BEWARE!!!! SCAMMERS!!! I called this scam company less than a year ago to get my cesspool drained out for the first time. They excavated to get to the top of my cesspool cover and while doing that the concrete cover broke and fell into the cesspool causing it to cover one of the drains (I only know this because I had to pay another cesspool company to overlook their trash work). 10 months later I had to call them again and mysteriously the cesspool was filled AGAIN!!! I paid $440 to get it drained out which I shouldn't have because they were the ones who caused it to back up again. When I asked why that happened they wanted to cover up their mistakes with lies. I was told by another PROFESSIONAL Cesspool that the cover for the cesspool is covering the drain where the water is supposed to drain. THE ONLY WAY THEY FOUND THAT OUT WAS BECAUSE THEY FULLY DRAINED THE CESSPOOL. I had to spend triple the money to fix JET CESSPOOLS MISTAKE! Save yourself time and money and don't spend your money with them. They are a bunch of scammers and will make you spend double to fix their mistake that they don't own up too. The one guy who speaks on the phone is unprofessional. "10 years" of experience in the right field buddy, you are what your job is. This guy said he knows everything but screenshotted answers off of google to plead his case to me. Watch out guys JETCESSPOOL uses google to answer customer questions. WORST!!! read more

Jack and Will are fantastic individuals! Nevertheless, there was a situation in which the proprietor issued a threat to call the police if I didn't make a payment within 10 minutes. Although I waited for an extended period, I eventually made the payment, but it left me with a less-than-favorable impression. I initially dialed the police, but Jack expressed remorse, so I decided to cancel the call and resolve the payment. It would be more beneficial if the owner (Nick) were present in the office, and the staff took care of customer service, as it appears to be more in their wheelhouse. Thank you read more

I would not recommend. I Paid $700.00 for two cesspools to be pumped out. They pumped out half the water on top of each tank leaving the problematic sediment in the pools. They stirred up the sediment and poured 10 gals of sulfuric acid in each pool. I expect to need to call another company to complete the job at a later date. I can't back fill the exposed pool caps until I get another company here to complete the job. Do yourself a favor when you hire a cesspool service. 1) Make them put it in writing that they are completely pumping out the pools. 2) Have a third party inspector there to sign off that the job was done correctly. read more

I wanted someone to check our main and overflow (2 rings each; approx 1,000 gals each) cesspools, which had been newly installed in April 2017. Even though I was sure that it wasn't anywhere near full, I wanted to verify it (we used to have an unsupported hole in the ground that needed servicing every two years, and the original installer said it should last 10 years, so, four years was a better-safe-than-sorry margin). The original installer's contacts were no longer in service, so, I called five local companies. Nick at Jet was the only one who returned my call within minutes (hours after that call, I *still* hadn't received a call from anyone else!). He gave me a non-nonsense estimate over the phone of about $800 to pump, aerate, and add chemicals, to both the main and overflow. A half-hour later, he arrived to check it out. Even though I had diagrams and photos, it was very difficult to find the 30" concrete access port. His partner, Seth, arrived, separately, to help. As it turned out, the main was only half full, but, given the torn-up sod and trouble to find the access, I gave the go-ahead to pump and aerate it, and add sulphuric acid (one container). All-in-all, they were there for just under an hour. I paid $395 cash, and gave Nick and Seth a tip for their fast and courteous service (they weren't going to charge me anything, if I decided not to have any service done! And there wouldn't even have been a digging fee (about $50), because I had diagrams and photos of the old and new cesspools and ports; he said it's rare for a homeowner to be so well-prepared! (pat on the back to myself!) ;) ). Nick gave a 30-day guarantee, though, given how pristine the relatively-new cesspools are, he said it was a moot point, and that I shouldn't need another such service for at least a decade.
