I can only give 4 stars today as I didn't have major work done, but, they were very attentive and my appointment time was 3 days after I had called, two guys came in and found my septic system caps. A huge thank you to Direct Drainage for there services today. My basement flooded due to a clogged line. It wasn't 1st time this happened. Didn't think nothing of it at that time. Until, i actually watched it all happen. Water gushed out again and again as the wash was emptied and upstairs bathroom flushed. I called 2 places then I called Direct Drainage who picked up. They sent us Vernon and Terrelle to our rescue. These guys went right to work the moment they stepped on the property. Professional, curtesy and true. It's the weekend, rainy day and in middle of pandemic, Corvid. Never really know what to expect. So much has changed. Praises, and thanks again from the heart. read more

I never leave reviews. But I was so mistreated by an employee from this company that I felt compelled to. We rented a trailer for our wedding from them. The reception started at 5:30. We called at 8:10 pm to tell them the unit wasn't flushing and had been filling up with water essentially since it was dropped off. No one arrived from the company until almost midnight!!! Meanwhile 150 guests had nowhere to go to the bathroom. Our wedding ended early because people had nowhere to go to the bathroom. The money we payed to keep the DJ longer was also wasted since there was no one left due to lack of potties. Then direct drainage (Adriana) blamed a guest for breaking the automatic sink...as if a guest hulk-smashed the crap. No, what happened was the sink didn't turn off. I promise, the hulk wasn't at our wedding. Worst experience ever. The boss seems reasonable but avoid Adriana at all costs. She wrote a lengthy email to me about how she disagreed with her boss's decision to refund us our money. She told me I was "misunderstanding" her and said I lied about when the issue happened, which was obviously not the case. She just didn't listen when I spoke to her the first time. She is a terrible customer service person and should not be dealing with customers on the front end (or at all). Eventually, the boss gave us a $300 refund on a $1200 rental but not without Adriana getting her word in edgewise. She had to tell me how many rolls of TP we used, and not just a general number, no, the exact number. So, if you're going to use them - bring your own TP since they count how many rolls you use. Perhaps we had to use all the rolls and paper towels because it was overflowing everywhere for hours? But no, Adriana wouldn't give us a chance to explain that. Terrible employee that ruined our experience with them. It's a shame too because the boss seemed reasonable. Do not use them if you can avoid it. Certainly don't use their trailers. Also don't expect a reasonable response time if there is an issue. And definitely ask to speak with someone other than Adriana. I was so disappointed because the trailers were super nice! But they only worked for just over 2 hours of our event and it ruined the wedding. More importantly for the boss to read - I would have never left such a terrible review if I hadn't received Adriana's last email, which I've attached a screenshot of here. I was happy with the refund and if I had been treated better I would have left it as is. It felt like she was being a sore loser in an argument that was lost against her boss. If I owned a company and had an internal argument with one of my employees I would be extremely disappointed in them if they shared their differing opinions with my customers, regardless of their connection to me. read more

We had a party in our backyard for 100 people and rented a toilet trailer from direct drainage. The trailer was brand new and spotless on arrival. It was dropped off and picked up at the times stated on the contract. This trailer made it very convenient for our guest. Unfortunately I will not be returning to this company. We had a backup consistently in our tub for weeks. Our back up returned not even two days later after this company came to our home to "service the clog." They insisted they snaked the clog through the vent on the house side and went through the trap that way. I got a second opinion from two other plumbers who said "it is impossible to put the proper size snake and cutting bit tool through the vent and go through to the trap, out to the street." Had a different plumber come in today who told us that the clog was on the house side of the trap. If this company went through the vent, like they are claiming, why didn't they see the clog on the house side? Contacted the company to try to get them to do the right thing but they are insisting they did what they could and advised us it would be an additional $575 to return, excavate and send a camera down the line to inspect pipes. This is after we already paid almost $300 for the service that didn't fix the problem. Plumber I had today, cleared clog on house side within a half an hour. The said diagnostics mentioned above were not needed. Not an honest company or willing to fix errors without cgarging additional fees. No thank you. read more

Wow, all the reviews are true!!! Direct drainage is unbelievable and outstanding company. From the lovely lady who answered my phone call (wish I got her name) to Joe who came to service my house. Joe was prompt with time, didn't keep me waiting at all on a holiday weekend. Joe was extremely knowledgeable a great guy who also offered great advice that didn't drain my bank account. I cannot say enough good things about this company and their employees. We had a leak in our basement, called a plumber, and they told us that the issue was most likely a cesspool buildup. I called direct drainage right away and they had someone (Larry) at my door within the hour. After some time, Larry informed me that my cesspool was not in need of a pump and even showed me how he knew this (he didn't just assume I knew and took the time to educate me). He saw the leak in my basement and knew to snake the line from my sewer to the house trap and horray! No more leak! He didn't try to sell me on new cesspool (although I will definetly be using this company when I replace my cesspool within the next year or so...) He was honest, courteous, smart and efficient. Direct drainage is a fantastic company to work with. They provided same day service and the quote they gave me was the actual price. This company unlike others in the past, didn't charge me nonsense fees like a gas fee just for showing up. Larry was the technician that pumped my residential cesspool and he was very professional, polite and straight forward. I would definitely use this company again. And, the grass that was dug up to reach the cap was put back in a way that it looks like no one had ever dug up the ground. read more

I called Direct Drainage because I thought my cesspool needed pumping since my bathtub was backing up with dirty water. They assessed the situation and informed me that it wasn't my cesspool at all but my pipes in my basement were clogged they then spent over an hour trying to snake out the clog to no avail and suggested I needed a plumber..they gave it their best effort and only charged me for a service call that I was more than happy to pay to find out I didn't need to have the cesspool taken care of. There were 2 young men, Larry and his nephew, Louis who were very helpful and courteous..I highly recommend this company for their professionalism and honesty. read more

USE THIS COMPANY!!! My cesspool collapsed on Thursday, 10/8/15. I discovered this catastrophe around 2 p.m. I called Direct Drainage; Mike said he'd be over in an hour. 45 minutes later, he shows up, with a helper, and they assess the problem. I needed my old cesspool and overflow abandoned, and a new one put in, including the pipe. They were back THE NEXT DAY, 10/9/15!!! It took them 2 hours, which included moving a non-working car off the driveway and back, and clean-up. The price quoted was what I paid, and I couldn't be more satisfied. read more
