Look no further! Deep Impact Cesspool is the first and last place you will ever need to look for cesspool and septic tank services. One doesn't usually think about writing a review in this industry, but my wife and I really wanted to because we were so amazed and very pleasantly surprised with the level of absolutely fantastic service from beginning to end. Courtney Edwards, the owner, is a total gentleman with exceptional character and integrity. After doing research, we called around and spoke with a few companies, and what I can tell you is that you get a special vibe and sense of reliable honesty when speaking with Courtney on the phone prior to hiring them for the service. My wife and I knew we had at least one cesspool (but didn't know what kind), and were not sure if the other one was also a cesspool or septic tank. Courtney spoke at length with me several times, educating me, until all of my questions were answered regarding pumping our cesspool and how to deal with the other one, whether it turned out to be another cesspool or septic tank, which ultimately turned out to be a septic tank. I pressed him for quotes and he did his absolute best to give me great and dependable prices prior to the job. I can tell you with certainty that Courtney will work with you on prices, as he did with us; even after arriving to the job and determining that the cesspool/septic tank setup was not exactly the same as you told him on the phone. This was a great sense of relief because no one wants to get ripped off after a company arrives to perform the job. When speaking with Courtney the day of the job, he reassured me again that his number one priority is making his customers happy and keeping them happy. That is exactly what he did for us. He also explained to me that after pumping and aerating the cesspool, there would be some liquid left and that would continue to dissipate into the ground and would be removed within a few days. I was a bit surprised to hear that because I thought all of the liquid waste should be pumped out. But, he explained the aerating process removes the sludge and other solid waste buildup at the bottom of the cesspool, which was the reason for the cesspool not draining on its own in the first place. Since Courtney heard some hesitation in my voice about believing what he was saying, he went on to tell me that I should not pay him after his crew finishes the job. He said that he would come back in a few days and show me that the remaining liquid waste actually drained into the ground, and then we could pay him. Huh? Who does that, especially in an industry like this? Well, Courtney does! After his crew finished the job, they said, "We are just leaving you with a bill today, and we'll come back in a few days." Of course, my wife and I paid them the day of the job... we were just so amazed with such an awesome level of service and sincerity. Just so you know, Courtney still came back after a few days to show us that the remaining liquid waste did in fact drain into the ground. What a stand-up guy! The crew, Chris and Martin, were absolutely terrific and extremely knowledgeable, and answered all my questions, with smiles, while they were working on the job. They were very polite, courteous, and patient. Thank you so much Courtney and Deep Impact! read more
