She calmed our situation down gave us some Instruction and had her foreman " Dante" out to our home the next afternoon with a pump truck And tools. Within a few hrs. They fixed the clog and got most of the junk out of the trunk :) turned out our c-pool and solid waste box has not been pumped in a long while since we did not know where they were. Well after some searching with special metal detector and other cool gadgets they found the c-pool, they also advised us who to call to get copies of where items were placed on our home survey just to be sure. Well they were correct.
