We had a very shaky toilet that another plumber "fixed" 5 months prior. Mike got down to the bottom of the problem and gave me updates on what he was finding every step of the way. There were some major issues that needed to be fixed and Mike did not take any shortcuts, he was very transparent from start to finish. Our flange was rotted and Mike removed the broken flange put in a new flange set in concrete. He put in a new toilet and sealed it with silicone. See below: Two men (Drew and Noah) came into install a pump and pipes going from our basement washing machine up to the main drain. They did a really quick job but in the process did not seal any of the PVC pipes together. A few days later we did laundry and one of the pipes comes loose spraying gallons of water all over the floor. We request someone to come in and see what's wrong - they sent a different person from their company, who was embarrassed, saying he can't believe they didn't seal the pipe connections at all. He luckily was very thorough and insisted we call the company about it. We called to ensure they would not charge us for time the second guy had to come and fix the first guys' mistakes. But when we called Claudia was defensive and rude, and did not acknowledge that her men had made a mistake. We understand that mistakes happen but to be treated as such after we weren't at fault was worse than the mistake itself. Additionally since that time our basement laundry room has flooded 4 times, twice for when they did not seal the pipes and had to come back twice to fix that. The other two from overflooding of the utility sink connected to the washer that they repiped. They did not add any sort of air valve or vent, which has caused the double sink to not drain properly at times/overflow. This shows either a lack of understanding of fluid dynamics, or a lack of care on this project. In general the work looked clean, but was incomplete. I would recommend getting an estimate before any work is done. Their upcharge on parts, pipes, etc. seems very high compared to what I'm used to seeing and their invoices did not break them down at all. We did not have a good experience working with them and their whole organization process seemed off.

I tried duck taping up the pipe where the water was leaking from. I surrounded it with towels, but nothing could be done till Bob came to the rescue. I called 10 plumbing companies. I left messages at all of them (24 hours they claimed... nope!) I was on the phone with the 11th when Bob called me back and said he could arrive within the hour! He did an amazing job and replaced these leaky bendable type pipes that have been there since I bought my condo with copper ones. He soldered like a champ. He didn't just replace the one that was leaking, he did the other one too. Also- he was very circumspect. Wore a mask (we are living during the Covid 19 era) and I felt safe at the distance and precautions he took. A+ work My home is saved!
