After about five minutes he came back and knocked and asked if the office said anything about a service fee, obviously confused. No service was rendered, no pumping, snaking etc. After calling the office the OWNER gets on the phone and threatens to call the cops, hoping to scare us into giving him money. I was confused because only 3 people live in our home and it's been less than a year since we had the tank serviced. Their website says they recommend having the tank serviced every 2-3 years (we don't have a garbage disposal in the kitchen sink). I asked my mom about the quality of the service when the technician came. She said that the technician only drained ***some*** of the liquid sewage. There was no poking or agitating done to lift any of the harder sewage. The technician left some liquid and my mom asked why he wasn't draining everything. The technician said it's not necessary. Anyways, we called to see if anything could be done but all they offered was having someone come out again and being charged $646 again even though it's been less than a year. We called another company who sent detailed steps of what will be done to clean the septic tank. It includes agitating the contents in the tank, which sounds way more thorough than the simple pumping some of the liquid sewage that ClearRiver Environmental did. Don't waste your money with this company and hire one that does thorough work and doesn't try to keep charging you for their shoddy work. Also the account is under my mom's name, so if they comment saying they don't have record of my name in the system, that's why. They have my mom's name.

After…read moregetting machines and a couple of non Knowledgeable call service personnel, I got a hold of Roe from Discount Cesapool and drain. We were in a state of panic not knowing what to do. She calmed our situation down gave us some Instruction and had her foreman " Dante" out to our home the next afternoon with a pump truck And tools. Within a few hrs. They fixed the clog and got most of the junk out of the trunk :) turned out our c-pool and solid waste box has not been pumped in a long while since we did not know where they were. Well after some searching with special metal detector and other cool gadgets they found the c-pool, they also advised us who to call to get copies of where items were placed on our home survey just to be sure. Well they were correct. After speaking to the Owner "Domenic" who was Extremely Knowledgable he advised us how to make this a bunch easier in the future to get our systems pumped to avoid this horror in the future. They went over every detail from what trees had to be removed and how much space they need to get into my yard with the equipment. Communication was beyond excellent and there were no surprises when the day came to install the system. They never wanted to empty out my septic tank only my cesspool. 10 years in and I'm living in a horrific catastrophe with back up septic tank. Let alone they had to drain out the piping that runs through the mainline. When they dismantled the candy cane gooseneck, they never fastened it and screwed it back in correctly. Due to the recent rainstorm, we just had this week caused a lot of rocks and dirt into my line. Had to call another company that had to fix the mistake. I will never use this company again and I will make sure to continue on with the recommendation that the new company suggested in "emptying out my septic tank every one to two years".

I have been using his plumbing services for some time now, about 4 years. He ended up snaking the pipes in the basement. He charged me around $375. He packed up quickly and left. I noticed dripping underneath the sink and assumed the pipes needed to be tightened. I called him back within 8 minutes so that he could check on the drip and he said nope I'm already headed to another job. Before he left to be thorough, he should have checked the pipe for a leak, which is the same pipe that is hooked up to the slop sink. So I scheduled another appointment. He came today, looked underneath the sink; there was no leak, nor a drip and he still charged me:$162.94. Where is the decency in that? It was still part of the last job. I like to pay people for their services but it was a real jerk move. No good customer service for repeat business. I plan on doing another job for thousands of dollars, but now with someone else. He just lost a loyal customer. Maybe I'm a novice in how things work. I've had a business and always issued courtesy. I'm not asking for a handout, but don't hustle long paying upstanding citizens. Maybe it's because I'm of a different ethnicity and gender...just maybe...but who knows. Most people are not honest with their internal bias and troubled integrity. He legitimized his greed. $50, maybe $80 but definitely not $162.94.
