Based solely on others' Yelp reviews, we took a chance on Mid-Suffolk Cess. Very, very grateful we did. Yesterday we met Alex and he worked so hard for countless hours in the heat trying to dig up a cover that was buried deep and raise it to code. He discovered a huge hole had been punctured into the existing cover, most likely from 1997, and saved us from a dangerous situation were someone could have stepped on the grass above it and fallen into the pit. After the inspection, Alex spent a long time going over everything with us in detail. He was a pleasure to talk to and truly takes his job seriously. The company is coming back today to do the actual inspection with a longer camera and I have full faith it will go smoothly. We felt completely at ease that Alex was on the job, he was so kind and polite in addition to being knowledgeable and hard working.

They tirelessly dug around the property until they found the main tank and even created a new, proper access hole for us. They also successfully located and addressed the overflow compartment. Once both sections were fully vacuumed and serviced, they cleaned up the property so thoroughly it was like they were never even there. I immediately started calling around at 7pm and his company was the only one willing to come immediately. Less then an hour later he showed up and legit saved the day!! I guess the cess pool pipping wasnt done correctly which and there was some question as to the actual size of the cess pool I had, and some serious cloggage from toilet paper. Guy walked around and showed me everything be was talking about, because I understood nothing!! And spent the next two hours unclogging our cess pool and pumping it out.
