They replied and told me to bring it in the morning where they can have it done the same day which was a big positive! Something to bring attention for others to know, other places required me to leave the car for 2 to 3 days and few others requested to put on the spare and bring in the wheel to drop off for service. I didn't want to be without a car for several days as I had plans coming up and needed to do important errands. I went ahead and chose NB Repair and they gave me a great quote then guarantee to make it look new again. I'm sure others had the same thoughts and skepticism, how can they have same day service and others need few days to repair a wheel to like new condition? Well, I came away impressed and any worries that I had was put to rest when I saw the finished repair! Wanted to bring attention that made me comfortable in using their services again. When the gentleman originally brought back the wheel to install, I noticed a very tiny dirt smudge as I pointed out to him. Right away they took off the wheel and gave it a touch up and corrected any concerns and looked great. I am so happy with my decision to get my rims powder coated and so glad I found Prizmatic to get the job done. The glossy black looks beautiful and really upgraded my SUV. I brought my rims to get powder coated factory silver on June 12. The owner of the shop quoted me 90 a wheel over the phone. When I drove to his shop to drop them off he quoted me 100, not so bad figuring they were more work than expected. I asked the owner of the shop how long it would take and he said 2 weeks. A little longer than expected but because the shop is busy it will take time so I agree. June 25 I call to get update on the wheels and I was told "don't call me, it should be a week and I'll call you when they are done". I still want to give the owner benefit of the doubt that he will keep his word. Wrong. July 1 I call the shop again to find out what's happening with the wheels. The owner says they aren't done. I explain it's been 3 weeks they shouldn't be taking this long he then said "come down here now and pick them the F up" and hangs up. I had to cancel my entire plans for the day to drive to this guys shop because he didn't want to do the work. I get to the shop and see my wheels and tires have been dismounted and in a pile outside the shop. He didn't even come to say anything as I was loading tires and rims. There had been no work done besides dismounting the tires which now will waste more of my time. I bet if I didn't come he would've thrown them out. Totally unprofessional.
