6/2026 UPDATE: After writing my original review a couple of years as the time service was excellent and timely, it has drastically gone way down. I called their office 5 times from December 2024 until early the following year to get a proposal for a mini split, never received a return call to either schedule an appointment or provide a proposal as they know my house well. Miscommunication with a contract which took several months to correct when billing an additional amount. However, during the spring service call the billing had not yet been fixed and the technician Angel was instructed to remove my water ordered for my whole house filtration system without telling me. I only discovered it when Angel as to access the boiler room. (This same technician left my hallway walls dirty after I had just had them painted. Fortunately, I was able to clean them.) I knew no servicing was to be done until Winter so I asked why which he responded he was taking the filters that belonged to GMG. I advised that I ordered them and they belonged to me with an adjusted invoice only for the filters and not install. When I had the winter service performed in November 2025, I addressed the duplicity with Joe and the lack of a quote for a mini split. He stated that Andrew was bad at communicating and would share my concerns. I waited to hear from Andrew, nothing so I reached out. An appointment was scheduled and the understanding that the contract would be amended one time only to include the service for water filtration unit which had not been done under the previous contract. No revised contract received and appointment not kept. Since November, I reached repeatedly via text, voicemail and email to receive the corrected contract and then to schedule the spring service, NO RESPONSE! I'm attaching screenshots of the text messages and emails. I then asked to provide me the type of filters so I can get another company to do the work, STILL NO ANSWER with no attempt to address the matter. IT'S A TOTAL LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM; JUST CHILDISH BEHAVIOR! On top of all this, I receive on a regular basis emails to provide a review on a link to them only, not on Google. Well you got your review to your company directly and not on Google. I NO LONGER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!!! read more

Joe and Angel have been servicing my HVAC system for over a year, they are professional with the work that they preform, they are clean, neat and through when they come to service my system and clean up before they leave, Andrew the owner came over for an emergency repair on my system after the landscapers cut my power line with their trimmer, I called at 8AM and Andrew arrived the same day at 12 noon, I would recommend GMG HVAC to anyone looking for a professional and reasonably priced HVAC company GREAT PEOPLE to work with. read more

Andrew had been servicing my system for a few years so I called him immediatley when a power surge fried my condenser. He replied in a few minutes, came by the next day and two days later installed a new condenser. The installaation was timely, professional and the site completely clean when they left. read more

Andrew has serviced my old unit for the past two years and his company is great. He's very honest and reliable. I will need to have my entire system replaced and will definitely be using his company for this project and any future maintenance. read more

We cant recommend Andrew enough. We had a few different estimates from different companies, we went with GMH HVAC because Andrew was the best; very professional and fair. His work was neat, his partner on the job was also very knowledgeable, and he clearly explained how everything worked and answered any questions we had. Overall it was a great pleasure having them do our ductless system. We are so happy and will be using him again in the future for central air for the remainder of the house. Great guy! Our central AC stopped running on Monday night. I called several friends for referrals but their HVAC technicians couldn't help us until next week. I used yelp and Home advisor to read reviews. I called GMG at 6:30 a.m. and spoke with Andrew. He was honest and told me that he could send a technician the following day. He gave me a 2 hour window and called me 30 minutes before Joseph showed up. Joseph diagnosed the problem right away. Replaced a part and had our AC working in less than 45 minutes from his time of arrival. I highly recommend this company. Can't wait to recommend my friends and family to GMG! I'm so happy we have an HVAC expert to call anytime (24/7 emergency.) I give them a five star review for their expertise in diagnostic of the problem, honesty, reliability, and punctuality. After spending $363 my ac still doenst cool. In addition to that the guy stuck a thermometer in to the spinning fan of the air handler in one of the rooms damaging it. Now theres is a loud annoying banging noise coming out of it. Thats another $400-500 bucks I lost. Thanks read more

GMG takes shortcuts and the results show it. They did a compressor and blower replacement. They also replaced some metal duct work with soft duct work. They simply loosely stuffed the soft duct work into the blower housing without any collar or duct tape. It fell out easily and sucked dirt in form the addict. In another area, the round soft duct was attached to a larger rectangle opening and there was a large opening where the cold air was blowing into the addict. The compressor base was installed on WOOD that would rot. I replaced it with slate. They did not apply for the necessary town permit. They finally did and repeatedly said they would send it and the final town sign-off. Nothing was sent and I picked them up. So, check their work and permits. read more
