Owner of the company -- Lenny Gang -- stated he was unable to properly connect the "LWC" on the day of the installation. About 2 hours after he left, the heat went off & didn't come back on. He returned the next day to put in a SECOND "LWC", but stated, we "...may have to manually feed it for the 'time being'." ( Not what we wanted. ) Heat went off again that night, he tells us to reset, heat goes off again the next night. He returns, drains out out the boiler, & resets it. We schedule an appointment for 2/18 to install a functional LWC, where the "AWF" will work. He fails to show. Calls that EVENING, wanting to come the next day, having already been told I will be out of town for 10 days. Ignores my attempt to reschedule. On 2/21 ( the night before the blizzard ), the heat goes out AGAIN. "Lenny" ( who stated numerous times, "I will be there for you day or night, if you need me." ignores ALL texts & calls -- basically ghosting us. We had no alternative but to hire another ( WELL respected ) plumber, who comes the next day, scratches his head at the work that was done ( telling us that they would have given us more/newer piping, hot water heater, etc. for the same price ), then proceeds to fix everything in a few hours, and there hasn't been an issue in a month and a half since. We subsequently sent a text, e mail & certified letter/copy of bill to "Harry Gang Plumbing", requesting reimbursement for the exact amount that the plumber charged us to complete the job that "Lenny" didn't ($1,787.15). He responds several days later stating that there was an "illness",& that he would settle up with me ( something I have read on multiple review sites ), I received nothing. A week later he responds to my text saying he will send it out. No check. No response to texts. Nothing. It's been 45 days since the boiler was properly fixed.
