6/2026 UPDATE: After writing my original review a couple of…read moreyears as the time service was excellent and timely, it has drastically gone way down. I called their office 5 times from December 2024 until early the following year to get a proposal for a mini split, never received a return call to either schedule an appointment or provide a proposal as they know my house well. Miscommunication with a contract which took several months to correct when billing an additional amount. However, during the spring service call the billing had not yet been fixed and the technician Angel was instructed to remove my water ordered for my whole house filtration system without telling me. I only discovered it when Angel as to access the boiler room. (This same technician left my hallway walls dirty after I had just had them painted. Fortunately, I was able to clean them.) I knew no servicing was to be done until Winter so I asked why which he responded he was taking the filters that belonged to GMG. I advised that I ordered them and they belonged to me with an adjusted invoice only for the filters and not install. When I had the winter service performed in November 2025, I addressed the duplicity with Joe and the lack of a quote for a mini split. He stated that Andrew was bad at communicating and would share my concerns. I waited to hear from Andrew, nothing so I reached out. An appointment was scheduled and the understanding that the contract would be amended one time only to include the service for water filtration unit which had not been done under the previous contract. No revised contract received and appointment not kept. Since November, I reached repeatedly via text, voicemail and email to receive the corrected contract and then to schedule the spring service, NO RESPONSE! I'm attaching screenshots of the text messages and emails. I then asked to provide me the type of filters so I can get another company to do the work, STILL NO ANSWER with no attempt to address the matter. IT'S A TOTAL LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM; JUST CHILDISH BEHAVIOR! On top of all this, I receive on a regular basis emails to provide a review on a link to them only, not on Google. Well you got your review to your company directly and not on Google. I NO LONGER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!!!

We purchased our home 3 years ago and needed insulation in our garage and newly build cold laundry…read moreroom. I was hesitant in using spray foam as I was not well versed in spray foam. Jorge came to look at the space and provided me with a solution, as well as thorough education on what spray foam is and why it is more efficient then the usual insulation. We sat down with Jorge and went over the financial options, how long it would take etc. There was never any pressure and he answered all our questions professionally. Jorge and his team, arrived at my home, On time. They greeted my family and were very respectful, honest, and efficient. Jorge and his team, walked us through the process. The physical work his team did was flawless. When team was done, everything was spotless and clean cut. Jorge contacted us a few weeks later and asked to do another walk through of the area to inspect the area for quality. The difference is amazing. I can not thank Jorge & his Sanchez Insulation team enough for the exquisite job they did. I recommend Sanchez Insulation to family, friends, and neighbors as they provided high quality service.

Dom was knowledgeable, kind, and professional. He got the work done fast and took photos for us. Here's where things went wrong: In our consultation with Dom he told us our chimney needed to be relined and repointed. He quoted us $3,600 but told us if we paid cash it would be significantly less. Cash would bring the total down to $2,900. We're new home owners and have been spending quite a bit to fix the place up, so naturally we jumped at the lower price. We paid cash in full. Before Dom left he notified us that he didn't have time to repoint the chimney but he would come back over the weekend. He never came back. We called and texted him multiple times over the course of a month. He would set dates with us and then no show. Eventually we called the owner of Irish Sweeps Chimney and at first he promised to make it right. Then he said he couldn't do anything without proof money was exchanged. Dom didn't give us a receipt for the cash we gave him so it was our word against his. We have multiple texts and calls from him promising to come finish the job but it wasn't enough. I understand why the owner would side with his employee, but it's very disappointing that this happened in the first place. We paid him thousands and even tipped him. In retrospect was it a little stupid to not get a receipt? Yes, for sure. However based on the stellar reviews, Dom's charm, and his promise to come back, I didn't think much of it at the time. We put our trust into a company we thought was reputable and one awful employee took advantage of that. Don't let first impressions fool you-- save your money and hire someone that will actually do what you pay them to do.
