Customer service skills have become non-existent and it seems that everyone is just out for himself (let me add "herself" before I receive 1000's of complaints from the "Potato Head" fans.) I must say that Taylor had excellent customer service skills. I have worked in many different areas and things can sure become stressful when there is a line of people and you are the only one working but not for this bright individual. Taylor was patient, kind, knowledgeable, and was willing to help to make sure that the needs of the customer were met. I was in another UPS location and the employee was very angry and having a rough day so I decided to drive here and I am glad I did. I see several negative reviews on here and I can guarantee that those people have not worked with Taylor. I review many places so believe me when I say that I definitely recommend Taylor at this UPS location. And he is a notary......an extra bonus. Then, on Thursday, I got a call from the owner, Margo, telling me they were not a good fit for my son because he required more assistance. I was shocked and devastated, especially since I had explained his needs in detail before enrolling him. I was caught completely off guard in the middle of my workday and had to leave work in tears. What made matters worse was how Margo handled the situation. In the middle of our conversation, she walked out because we disagreed. She claimed that when she went to talk to my son, he didn't acknowledge her, yet when we left, he was saying goodbye to everyone. It wasn't just that the daycare wasn't a good fit for my son; it was the way the situation was handled and the lack of communication and respect throughout the process.
