Chase confirmed it had to have originated here. Today I needed to overnight a letter and check, in one envelope. He told me $52, which seems high, but I had no choice. I handed him $52 cash, and informed him and the woman what happened last time. He didn't confirm or deny it. She insisted it's impossible, that I insult her by saying stupid things, and demanded to know why they would do such a thing. I told her that since I'm not the one who did that, I wouldn't know, but that it was literally impossible that it happened anywhere else, as confirmed by my bank. I will not be returning there, and I strongly advise anyone who uses them, to check their card statements right away.
