They researched the best course of action, supplied the correct forms, and helped me through the entire process. I was dreading the appointment because I don't like dealing with bureaucracies, but the staff was so personable and disarming, I actually enjoyed the experience.

Carriers try to cram mail that is really a package into your box so you risk breaking your mailbox in an effort to try to remove it, Also, I live in a large condo community and routinely get other people's mail in my box--sometimes the mail is for someone that lives in the same zip code, but not in our community! Most recently the carrier was parked in the middle of the driveway that I must pass through in order to get to my unit. She was talking to a resident who was also parked alongside--there was no way to go around either of them. I actually had an important conference call that I needed to join and It took them several minutes to finish their conversation and get out of the way. When I honked my horn, the postal carrier glared at me! Unprofessionalism, lack of quality, lack of consideration and half-assed service. It's the wave of the future! It's not like the smug workers that I often encounter in The city Post Offices who seem like they hate the world and never crack a smile, not at all... Nathalie, is one of the wonderful people who works at St. James USPS, she is so kind and helpful and ALWAYS puts a smile on my face. Machines all service properly. The only reason I'm not giving it five stars is because of the dryers- after putting in numerous amounts of quarters do not dry the clothes as well as they should. I'm sure that the dryers that are set aside for the staff are not set up the same way. I did not like going home with wet clothes.
