This is before she even looked at my tracking number. Apparently she KNEW the truck was not back. Her job was to dispose of the annoying customer standing in front of her, nothing more, nothing less. This "nice" Fedex counter lady did something I didn't think was possible. She made me WISH I was at the DMV instead. Brutal as the DMV can be, FedEx is worse.
