I had already discarded the box so I would have to purchase one and have then box it. The canopy was $84 and it would have cost $30 for them to box it for me. The gentleman measured the canopy, got a box and charged me $18 with a $3 discount for AAA. I had to tape up the box myself but it was worth it. Amazon offered me $18 to keep it, so I was still ahead. Now to contact Amazon and request they reimburse me for this cost. I'll hold the intent that they will be just as helpful and this UPS store.

I was told that it might very well not be able to get done on my car because of a couple of bolts the have to be removed from the muffler to put install the hitch. Apparently these bolts have a strong tendency to snap in the process. When I talked to Chris about this I told him that if I can't trail my boat, I can't use it at all (which would be a nightmare for me). He assured me he would do everything he could to manage a good installation. That was yesterday. I asked them, let me call Big lots because you left a nightstand in the store. The cost to pick up, nightstand which was part of original delivery charge, would be 125.00 + $50.00 to assemble, which is basically taking it out of the box. The cost was more than the nightstand! As I discussed issue with mgr., at Big LOTS They walked out and said we Refuse to assemble anything!!! Left my furniture in boxes! All over the place!! I asked them please!
