I ship a lot through eBay using this post office but the last order I had was somehow lost. I dropped it off in person and was given tracking information and it never left the location. This cost me a fair amount of money, and affected my eBay storefront. I will be using a different office as now I can't depend on my package being safely shipped out. They have free oversized pouches for returns (a feature I haven't seen at other locations), which made the process super simple--just drop in the item and have the clerk scan the QR code on your phone.
