They even transferred all my data to a brand new and more robust drive that I sent over to them via next day Prime shipping on Amazon. I was fully prepared to junk the laptop and just start 2025 over on a newer laptop. That would have really put me behind schedule. I'm very grateful, these guys really helped me out. When I called Kevin at Red Hot, he wasn't sure if he had a replacement in stock and would call me back. He called me back within 15 minutes and said he has one in stock, but the color was not the same. I really needed my phone, so I didn't care about the color. He also explained that I could not get OEM because my phone is so old. No one else told me that. He told me to come down and within 30 minutes he was done. I was so happy, iI went home and put on a new scree protector. It wasn't until the next day that I noticed that I wasn't able to type "e or 3". I downloaded a screen tester and found a dead spot. I called Kevin immediately and he said he woul order another screen. It came on a week later and he changed it within about 3 hours, he was extremely busy that day. The next day I noticed that ghe volume up button was not working, another defective part. What are the chances? Within minutes he took some part of the defective screen piece and put it on the new one. Now it's working great!

They were apologetic and said all the right things so I expected they'd take care of it. They took my name and number down and said they'd call when the parts arrived. I stopped into the store numerous times and either the person that broke the phone wasn't in or I got the same song and dance. They'd take my name and number down on post-it notes and tell me they'd call when the parts arrived but they never called. I was surprised to see so many positive reviews for this place when I had such an awful experience. They did a poor job repairing my phone and wouldn't step up and resolve the issues they caused. I would recommend you stay away from the Bohemia location and go to any number of other places to get your phone repaired. They might as well have stolen money right from my pocket.
