The old owners were nice people, but behind the times. Several years ago Rebecca bought the business and turn it around and brought it into the 20th century! Her and her husband, Brian Carr, now run the business and provide full copying services. What we find extremely useful is that we can email our documents to them and we can pick them up that day. I called two days later and they allowed me to come in for an 1.5 hr viewing where they prepared him for us to come in. It was legit like a funeral and came with the cost of cremation. They prepared his body so respectfully, allowed us to hold him and have visitors say our final respects. I couldn't ask for a better place. I paid extra for an engraved urn, about the same price of the cremation services but I chose this with absolutely no pressure from the center. I wouldn't wish this on anyone but they truly do help alleviate some of the grief, their helpline call center is so kind and helpful as well.
