I was recommend to Sal at Printers3 a couple of years ago. I was tired of overpaying at Sir Speedy and dealing with their curt and unprofessional employees. I was told that Sal is great to work with, does a good job, and charges a reasonable price. All of those recommendations proved to be true! In fact, there was a miscommunication on my first project as to whether the envelopes were to have windows or not. Issues like this are bound to happen in any business from time to time and to me the real issue becomes how the business handles it. Sal and his team were great. They graciously printed out labels of my entire mailing list so I could still execute my project within my timeline and also ordered the windowed envelops that I had asked for initially - all at no charge.
