Anyway when I called custom signage the ignored my calls and text and and still fighting for a partial refund cause they DONT DO REFUNDS!!!and if they do its a partial refund so they still make money so I guess they think they can keep my $990 when they haven't did anything not even came to my house to do the estimate they did it by phone.I Am still fighting for my money back.i told them To jus give my custom cameras they bought and can't return to me and forget the refund nope can't do that so they probly didn't even buy them then told them fine come do the install nope they refuse to do that. Soo at this point all I can do is save you guys from losing your money like I lost mine. We were never given a contract to review or sign. After giving them our deposit which we were rushed to do so they could the installation we never received a confirmation call. Expecting the company to show up on the date we agreed on no one showed or called. (Lost a day of work). After contacting the company we had to choose another date which again no show no call. After going back and forth with company I finally asked for a refund. It was at this time they decided to show us the contract where it says no refunds. Now the company is refusing to even install the products I have already paid for or return my money. We have never meant with any person from this company and they do not respond to phone calls everything is through text messages. Very impersonal and unprofessional. We agreed and paid the extra money, only to receive a terribly made booklet where the picture from one page is bleeding into the previous page, the text and pictures are not centered and overall very poorly done job.... by THEIR professional designer!!!!! After all this, Michael had the audacity to be rude and disrespectful to me, a paying customer! I have never dealt with anyone as uncooperative, unprofessional and RUDE as this guy and will never go back again.
