I've used them for flyers in the past and I was pleased with the service. They truly put quality and customer care first! I had ordered a print from them for an event that I was doing. Day of my helpers were in a car accident so I was left to run around on my own. I tried to stop by and pickup but they were not there. The shop was closed and they told me to go to the back of the building to look for it. I did not see it and had to drive off. Then I was told it was in the van in the back of the building that was unlocked (I did not feel comfortable with this) so I said I'll come by later when they're back. I had no time to come back as there were plenty of things to do that I now had to do on my own. The next day or two I reached out because I felt awful. And offered to pay for the item because it was not their fault that I could not make it and I received a text stating that they did not want my money and no longer wanted to do business with me. I was appalled because I offered to pay for their time and I sent them proof that my workers were in the hospital and had a car accident. They still proceeded to tell me that I cannot do business with them and gave me names of other people in the area and they can't guarantee their pricing because Fast Signs is the lowest. I truly tried to make it right and I could've just never answered them again or walked away but I wanted to pay for their time. I offered that not them. Unfortunately, I'm not the first one either. I've heard from others that this is a pattern with them banning people. I have texts to prove it our conversation. Moral of the story DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! Unprofessional!
