I took some family heirloom negatives & photos there from the 1920's & up into the 60's for copies & reprints. The older pictures he printed from the small 1920's negatives were larger, clearer & sharper than I thought they would be. Some from the 60's weren't, but I expected not all of the assortment would come out good. I guess the older cameras took better quality pictures. I just left everything there, not knowing what to expect & forgot to ask the size they would be. Wow, I was stunned at the quality of the reprints in the 4x6 size. Very reasonable prices, considering nobody does this work any more. Definitely would go back for more work!!!

It's also one of the most important pieces of equipment I own. Recently, the lens was apparently dropped or took a pretty significant hit, and the focus ring would no longer turn. I was horrified. This is my main wildlife lens, and I depend on it for my work. I sent it to Sigma for repair, and once again they reminded me why I've stayed with them for so many years. The turnaround was incredibly fast, but what impresses me even more is the pride they clearly take in their work. Not only was the lens repaired and working perfectly, it came back looking incredible. Honestly, it hasn't looked this new since I bought it. It feels like I got a brand-new lens back. After 14 years of using Sigma equipment, service like this means a lot. When your equipment is how you make your living, knowing the company behind it will take care of you is incredibly important. I shipped it to Sigma from NYC last week and I have it back in my hands today as good as new! Their customer service was communicative throughout the repair process and really put me at ease. I was happy to have it back so quickly. This repair is a third of the cost of buying a new lens so I'm happy that it worked out.

The thank you cards the team designed were absolutely gorgeous. We received many phone calls and messages telling us how beautiful they thought our thank you card was. Our collection of photos are a great mix of basic photos that you "need" to have for your parents and things like that, and then also just gorgeous and artistic photos at the same time. They were always professional, super helpful the entire day Kelli (our main photographer, who helped my mother and sister button the entire back of my dress, which was NOT an easy task) had the patience of a saint. Also, to top it all off, I got GREAT photos and they were very reasonably priced. I am so happy that I went the route I did and used them. I want to say 2 because after the wedding date they really didn't seem to care about us. I was always following up about our pictures. I asked for help/direction on the album because the selection was overwhelming and was told no. I was always reaching out to them, they were never proactive. When we sent our selection for our wedding album to them I was told it would take 6-8 months to complete and they would send us a sample album design digitally to review. 8 months came and went and never heard from them, so I reached out and they sent me a sample to review. Just feels like very poor customer service and I was expecting more when they were so professional and courteous up front. It's turned into a dragged out chore at this point, which isn't how I want to feel about bundling my wedding memories. I'll revisit this review when/if we ever get our wedding album and print.
