I went into the store intending to shop for accessories and heels, but unfortunately left without purchasing anything because of the way I felt I was treated by several employees. When I entered the store, the employee who appeared to be responsible for greeting customers did not acknowledge me or offer any assistance. Instead, I immediately noticed that she was watching me closely. As I continued browsing, I felt that I was being followed and monitored throughout the store. At one point, two other employees came near me while I was shopping and appeared to be talking and whispering to each other. I also noticed that other customers were shopping without receiving the same level of attention that I was receiving. This made me increasingly uncomfortable and gave me the impression that I was being singled out. When I went to look at a pair of heels, an employee approached from behind me. After I touched the shoes I was interested in, her demeanor made me feel unwelcome. I ultimately put the shoes back because I no longer felt comfortable making a purchase. As I left the store, I felt that the employees were continuing to watch me. I am American Latina, and while I cannot know what the employees intended, the difference in how I felt I was treated compared with other customers made me feel that I was being treated differently because of my Hispanic/Latina background. I have never experienced this type of treatment at the Riverhead Outlets before, which is why this experience was especially upsetting.

Jorge used to work for Raymour & Flanagan for 14 years and seemed to know exactly what he was doing from the start. I called and he said to send pictures, that he could come take a look for no evaluation fee. He charged me $320 to replace both manual recliners where the wires snapped on both sides. It was a 45 min job so it might not have been the best price but he did a good job and was very respectful and friendly.

This 2004 coin purse wallet combo has seen better days, and when my wallet was rejected for repairs from the original source, I didn't want to give up on it. Paul asked me to send pictures of the damages so he could quote me properly due to the amount of work involved. We agreed on a price and even the amount I had to leave for deposit wasn't an issue. He wanted to make sure that I would trust his judgement and value his work. Paul said to give him a week and he delivered it to me in 5 days time! Be sure to always ask him what the store hours are, as he unfortunately is experiencing flood damages to his work space. How he was still able to fix this wallet for me in such dire conditions, I'll never know. He's chatty and friendly, and could use more foot traffic as this kind of work is clearly dying in the industry.
