I came here on Labor Day and was astounded at the sales that were going on. Everything was on sale, marked so far down from the original price that I couldn't help myself and bought a much needed work bag at a steal for $119 (marked down to $149 with an additional 20% off). The store is well organized, everything is on display and easy to find, plus there are ample mirrors around to see how all the bags look under your arm. Service was friendly enough, though I do wish there was a little something extra to the packaging of the purchase like tissue paper. Also, unlike the Michael Kors store, the bag you pick up from the floor models is the bag you go home with, so make sure you carefully examine the bag you're choosing before you check out! read more

I love coach and everyone in this location is USUALLY great. I was returning some items that I used once, and didn't really like anymore. I didn't realize I had purchased these items over the 30 day return policy but thankfully I was able to get store credit for them. However I was scolded by an employee named Rose for what felt like forever about the policy and then she proceeded to "shake" out the bag in an obnoxious way and kept going on about how I used it more than once. That was not true at all. Really didnt appreciate that treatment as I'm a frequent customer. read more

My wife loves Coach, so we stop here every time we visit Tanger Outlets. It's hit or miss like any good outlet store, but my wife has often found something she likes at a great price. I was shopping with my husband on Sunday April 23rd and I approached Sandra to ask to help me she said no and to ask someone in the other section. So I thought ok whatever. However a white male approached her and she helped him right away. Shop at the deer park location instead. Then my sister asked her if there were colors to a purse she wanted and she responded " of course not it's all the way back there" in a rude manner. Sales associate aren't the kindest. First to review? Nice :) I'm fortunate to work mostly in NYC and I live out in the 'burbs of Long Island so I get to experience everything NY has to offer. My wife has been asking for a new pocketbook (do you say pocka book or pocketbook?) I've been looking in the Coach store by Columbus Circle in NYC since April and the bags this year are really trendy and expensive. I know that I can find these summer bags at 60% off in Tanger Mall. I laugh and wait until the end of the summer. Well I took my sweetie pie wife to Tanger Outlet malls to surprise her with not (1) bag but two bags. She's been making business calls with files and papers in this weird knapsack. I know I saw a cool carry on at Coach in NYC, lets see if I can find it out east. Sure enough, I found the bag. Its a nice big bag that can hold a laptop as well as files and contracts, etc... Then, I see the last chocolate brown, over the shoulder pocketbook at 70% off. I make a mad dash and grab the last bag. Here's the funny part. My wife is arguing with me not to buy both bags? (Guys, do I have a keeper or what?) I tell her its ok, spend the $$ on yourself, you deserve it. Now, My wife is always stylin' but when it comes to big purchases, she weighs everything out. This was one of my favorite stores in my visit to Tanger Outlets, even though I was shopping for my wife and not myself. The store is very nicely decorated and kept very neat (not like some other stores in the Outlet). The salespeople are very helpful. The prices are also great! They have quite a good selection too. Other stores in this Outlet carry Coach bags, but none have the selection and the quality that you will find here. read more

Pretty good discounts and you're paying a small price for a good brand. Quality of the products in store are brand new just like in any other department store. Customer service is a hit or a miss depending on busy and how many people they have on staff at the time. Make sure to get a coupon book, there can be additional savings after spending $X amount of dollars. read more

You go to the Coach Factory outlet store to get high quality product for a phenomenal deal. This store will never fail its customer because they deliver just that! I came here to spend some disposable income that I don't actually have, and I had a field day in their clearance section. I was looking for a bag that I could bring on my travels, and I found an unassuming, navy blue canvas backpack with leather straps that suited my every desire. The employees here were attentive to my search, despite the store being relatively busy. I was impressed with their service, and it was one of the reasons why I ended up dropping the money that I did. The company should definitely be proud of the staff here, that is for sure! If you're shopping in the Tanger Outlets on a beautiful summer day, find your way to the Coach Factory outlet. I think you'll be surprised by the lack of buyer's remorse you'll have (or not have) when you leave. read more

Yes I have a secret. I do shop at Coach Factory but I will not tell you why. This place can be packed or empty. You just never know with a Factory store. I like the bargains and it is especially nice when you walk into this store and they hand you an additional 30% off coupon. Great Layout for a store plenty of open space (which is good for when you have people lugging around 5 "potential" purchases). Have Fun. read more

In NY this store has cult status. It's like 1960s Elvis Presley popular. Prior to and following a holiday expect lines outside the store and then a long line inside the store to pay. Sometimes it snakes from the registers all the way to the far wall on the other side of the store. Even when it's not a holiday this place is nuts. I spoke to a security guard in there and he told me a man ate Thanksgiving dinner and headed down to camp out outside the store at 3 p.m. so he's be the first on line when they opened the next morning. Yeah, there's great deals to be had and my mom seems to drop a few hundred she wasn't planning on dropping each time we go, but comon' what's the obsession? Ironically, there's a Tumi store like two doors away and it looks like a ghost town in comparison. The Coach store is also three of four times the size. Great place to buy a gift and the person will never have to know what you paid. read more

This is maybe my third time here and I love their service. Whether it's black friday or just a snowy friday morning, they pay close attention to you and have a lot of knowledge about their items. i went to tanger outlets to the coach mens outlet. i had a coach woven belt that i purchased several years ago. the quality was not quit up to coaches standards lets say the belt became loose as the notches broke. i brought it back to the store and spoke to a extremely friendly manager who helped me right away. she told me to just go pick out another belt and bring it to the counter. the overall service was super and all sales persons were extremely friendly and helpful. i would highly recommend this store and its overall warranty for customer satisfaction. the manager also pulled me aside and said if it ever breaks again just bring it back and they will replace it again. how can you beet customer service and satisfaction like that. if i could give them 6 stars i would. read more

I am a fan because it's Coach with a outlet prices. They had a great sale when I was there. The sale was announced to customers by passing out leaflets. I only knew that because there was long line outside the store. I was very curious to the line and when I asked the staff at the door she explained the huge sale. I must agree with other Yelpers the staff is very friendly and helpful. I purchased great sunglasses here and I love it. The final price for my Coach sunglasses was $50. Not only do they give a special deal sales they accept the extra 10% off that you can purchase from welcome center of outlets. I believe that ( but can't hold me to it) if you are AAA member you do not need to pay to purchase the sale booklet from the welcome center. Now for the downside of the great store. When there is sale like the day I was there it was a mad house. I had a rummage through so many bags ( by the way some were just awful) it was so difficult to find anything. People were pulling grabbing from every direction. The lines ... omg the lines are so long since people were purchasing so much the wait for a cashier was such a long time. It's not only the quantity that people were purchasing its the questions about the sale made the line drag on. However at the end of the day when you walk out of the store you are unable to leave without the smile. read more

I hadn't been in the Coach outlet in years until today. I am in need of a new crossbody bag so I thought I would take a quick peek. What a waste of my time! The staff was friendly but that's the only nice thing I have to say. In the past, I shopped here a lot. I got some great deals on some beautiful items but I'm sorry to say they no longer carry last season's first quality retail leftovers in the outlet store. They now carry INFERIOR, made for the outlet, junk! I asked an employee who actually confirmed this for me. She said they carry similar styles made for the outlet using less leather (CHEAPER). BUYER BEWARE! I suggest that if you want a Coach handbag and you can't afford to pay retail shop department store sales. I buy Coach because I want a quality product that will last for years. I've never been so disrespected by employees. today they lied, and then one stated "I don't have time to deal with this today," and moved on to another customer after I questioned a price on their Memorial Day "sale." I won't threaten to tell all my friends not to shop here, because really, Coach has become overly tacky. if I didn't need a gift for someone equally tacky, I'd never have walked in. but never again. the employees need to remember they work for an OUTLET, not some bougie boutique. and, bye. read more

I walked into the store yesterday with my husband. I was wearing a hoodie and a sunglasses. My long hair was hanging out of my hood, I was carrying a pocketbook (which was coach) and my sunglasses were very feminine. The ASSociate (pun intended) said, "Hello Gentlemen". I took my hood down and put my sunglasses on top of my head, like I did in every store I went into. It was a sunny, but cold day. As soon as the person saw I was female, they said, "Hello miss". I did not receive an apology or any free merchandise. I was so pissed, I took a quick walk through the store and then walked out. But now I am wishing I would've made a scene and made the salesperson feel as awful as I feel. (Take note that I don't mention the gender of this person). I'm not even so upset that someone thought I was male, I am mostly upset that gender has anything to do with greeting a customer. Why does it have to get brought up at all? Just welcome me to the store, ask me if I need help, tell me what the deals are. To put a gender label on someone based on how they are dressed is wrong. What if I was born one gender but identify as the other? I would feel the same way if I walked in wearing a short skirt, heels and tons of makeup and was called miss. What if I identified myself as male and chose to wear "typical girl clothes". Even my 90 year old grandmother said it was messed up when I told her the story. She said it isn't right to address anyone that way because you don't know. It really makes me think differently about a brand that I always thought was very modern and with the times. Okay if you still like coach! The small old coach outlet in Amagansett had a better selection at much lower prices

After all the recent incidents regarding how company employees treat comstomers, i.e. United and American Airlines, I can't believe coach is almost doing the same thing. This is a time a Coach outlet store at Riverhead NY, I bought a bag and an umbrella from this's location and was told that I have 90 days to return or exchange the item. So after 31 days I decided that this was too small and not for me and want to return it. The store manager came and said that it was not and never had been 90 days return that I must be mistaken. Ok, so I then ask since I can't get a return can I get a store credit, she then told me because the item was no long in the store I must take the clearance price which went from $150 to $100. And the umbrella from $35 to $25. This was rediculous to me. I have a receipt proving the amount of money that I spend. Plus on the receipt it had the name of the cashier. I asked her to ask the cashier that I had(her name was on the receipt) regarding the 90 day policy. She blew me off and now gets aggressive and simply said there is line waiting, do you want the reduced price or not. I didn't want to make a scene and left. I understand that it's just $60 and end up not returning it, but this more than about the money. I have been shopping at Coach for more than 15 years and spent a lot of money there. This experience just so disappointing that I will never shop there again. I just want to make sure that people know that there are still people out there like the coach store manager, Lauren that treats people like sh*t. So buyer please beware at this location. read more

I am a Coach enthusiast. I have purchased Coach bags and wallets for years. I am here to tell you NOT to shop at Coach any longer. They no longer accept returns after 60 days. I purchased a bag for my niece who uses Coach products all the time. Unfortunately she did not like this one. I went to the Riverhead Coach location to exchange the product (where I purchased it from). I didn't want a refund but wanted to exchange it for something I would like. When I got to the counter I was told that they would exchange it for the lowest selling price even though I had the receipt and the tags attached. The Manager was extremely nice but wasn't wavering from his offer. I took the bag back and contacted Coach Corporate office. When I spoke with them they actually told me the Manager was actually very nice to me in offering me some $ back because their policy is no exchanges or refunds after 60 days. So I am here to tell you to no longer purchase any products from Coach....their return policy is horrible. read more
