Very very rude...it's a shipping store I didn't realize I wasn't allowed to put a little extra tape on my box IN THE SHIPPING STORE THAT SELLS THE TAPE AND BOXES. Called in for a status today since client wanted to pick up tomorrow. Red flag 1: They don't monitor their "send files" inbox, so they didn't know about the job. Red flag 2: Told verbatim: "We're not going to stop the printers for just 2 pages". In short, the faulty management of their "Send Files" feature on their website is now my problem.

I would recommend they get another mirror so you don't have to walk across the area to use the mirror. I would personally put mirrors inside the dressing room because not everyone wants to go outside and show publicly what they are trying on. I would like to see some lights in the dressing rooms in the future as I can't see too good in there. Besides my minor complaints/recommendations this place is cool and everyone seems nice here!
