i just got my iphone 7 plus a couple days ago and ofcourse i dropped it. the screen was terriable it was shattered there was all different colors. the worst part was i couldnt see or do anything i got a few phone calls i couldnt even answer it. all i could think about was how screwed i was. i knew that since i had the newest apple phone it was going to be a very expensive fix. i wasnt even sure it could be fixed. well that all changed when i came across ifixscreens. i spoke to sean. he cheered me up and assured me that he would be able to fix it. he said to give him 30 minutes and my iphone would be back to brand new. i was still very unsure he could fix it. 30 minutes later i walked back in the store and what do you know? sean fixed my iphone. i couldnt believe it. if you have any problems or questions about your device stop in and talk to sean. hes the best. he does amazing work offers great customer service and is a really cool guy. i definitely will be sending all my family and friends to this location and you should as well. My family and I lost our apartment a week before christmas and we have two kids and I was receiving a bunch of donations and to say the very least The night before Christmas I slammed my phone in between the car door not realizing and it completely shattered, this was about 730 pm and then I went to my phone carrier to see if it was fixable and they said it would cost me 180 buck and I would have to leave it there till tomorrow and I couldn't do that cause I had people calling and texting to drop toys off for my kids so I call Ifixscreens at about 7:50 pm and explained my situation and mind you they closed at 8 and I was 15 mins away and he said he would stay late to help me with my phone and do it within 15 minutes. I was unbelievably thankful!! These people are amazing and any time something breaks weather it's my phone or my kids iPad I will always bring it to them. Great prices and great service!!!!!! read more

This is my go-to place whenever I need service with my phone! I've needed to replace my screen on more than a few occasions (thanks to my toddler!) and without hesitation, I always go to ifixscreens! Aaron is one of the kindest people I've had the pleasure of meeting. He always gives me a quick diagnosis of what my phone needs and is upfront (and reasonable!) with the costs. What I love most, is how quickly he is able to do the job! It's usually 10-15 minutes and then I spend another few minutes just chatting because Aaron is as friendly as can be! Although I hate ever needing to deal with a phone issue, I'm glad that I found this place that I can trust to get the job done timely and affordably. read more

Matteo is the best!!! My wife and i came in for a simple front screen fix and not only did he help us out with what we needed, but did so in a gentlemanly manner and going above and beyond to satisfy the both of us! He got the work done quickly and efficiently and at a fair price. I would recommend anyone in need of services to call up and ask for Matteo because im confident that whatever you need, he will help you FIX it and then some. It was a pleasure working with him- fixing a phone is never fun but with Matteo it was well worth it in more ways then one. Thanks again to Matteo for helping us and for everything he did for us. I have been searching for a couple of weeks for a reputable place to get my IPhone 11pro screen replace, every place I called either said they couldn't fix it, didn't have the screen in stock or that my phone was too damaged and couldn't be fixed. I then discovered IFixScreens in Bohemia, Long Island where I connected with Arron who was extremely knowledgeable and more importantly very helpful and patient. I felt so comfortable with Aaron that I drove from Brooklyn a 1.5hr drive to get my phone fixed. I am 100% satisfied with the service that Aaron provided me. Aaron had my phone fixed in no time. read more

After cracking my screen on my iphone and finding out the "insurance" I pay for through Verizon was worthless when I need an immediate fix, I remembered seeing an I Fix Screens in my local shopping center, so I decided to see what they could do. A nice guy named Hesh helped me, fixed my screen, and got me back up and running in 20 minutes. And honestly, it was cheaper than the insurance I am paying for and cant use, and much less hassle than filing a claim and waiting days for a replacement. I think I will be cancelling my insurance and just coming here in the future. read more

My company had 2 phones break with very uncommon symptoms. After hours of research of my time I decided to bring it here. They diagnosed the problem in both units with in minutes and an hour later BOTH phones (iPhone 6 & iPhone 6s) were working great. One was a digitizer, I would have never know. The phone works better then new. I also had a Problem with my laptop while I was there, he told me they do computer repair. I gave it a shot and the same day all of my devices were perfect! Big appreciation to Hesh and his team.. we will never go any where else.. read more

I called and used store for first time ever today, July 31st, 2022, and dealt with Aaron. He took me in right away and took only 10 minutes to repair the cracked screen on my daughter's mini iPhone 12. Very knowledgeable and experienced and professional. Even threw in new screen protector for my daughter's phone...as well as mine (which was just old and dusty!) Great guy and great service. Definitely will recommend to family and friends! read more
