The last couple of years, packages are back on…read morethe front step.... every time I have a package coming from FedEx, I have to contact them with the tracking number, so they can get ahead of it and tell the driver to please leave it at the side door. I've got about 16 case numbers and nothing gets done about anything. This morning two very heavy boxes were left on the front steps that I could not get inside. I had to call a friend who came by during their lunch hour to bring them to my side door so that I could get them inside. I don't understand what's going on with FedEx. Unless I contact them each time I have a delivery coming, the packages get left at the front. They even told me to set it up in my Delivery which I've done already years ago, and somebody at FedEx, who I spoke to through Twitter noted my account that all packages should always be delivered to the side door because of my disability. The drivers just don't care about their customers or maybe FedEx really isn't doing anything about it and just giving me case number of the case number. It doesn't get done... and each time I bring it to their attention they say someone's going to call, then they give me a case number and nobody calls and nothing gets done. Very disappointed in FedEx. UPS always brings everything to the side door after asking them one time. Going forward, I will not be sending packages via FedEx, I have no control of what comes in when I order online, but I will no longer be using or supporting FedEx to ship. I will be using UPS. It's a repeating problem with FedEx that never gets fixed, just empty promises, more case numbers, no phone calls, and no resolution. what a disappointment the Bohemia office is. tired of the lip service. they don't GAF.

I didn't feel like waiting online at the regular post office. Because it was just so much going on due to COVID-19. Boxes and Bytes was just easier. I know my office has used them to ship prior to me going in. The guys were great. They were patient with me. This had been my first there for personal use. I forgot to print my shipping labels lol. They guy who helped me, was super sweet and patient. He told me to take my time, as I went through my phone to find everybody's name and address. I shipped I think five or six small packages at about 5/6 dollars each. Nothing crazy. Still a Great Business. I will be using them for further shipments.

I was answered by a friendly gentleman who said yes, he was a notary and was, in fact, PRESENT. I shared my tale of woe about the offending UPS Stores and he mentioned that not only is he a notary but he's had his kids become notaries as well so there would be someone available as often as possible. Thank you, Postal Connections. You saved the day. I will definitely be returning.

I went to a UPS branch to help my girlfriend change her address, and a man helped them; everything…read moreseemed normal. He asked my girlfriend for her ID, and she gave him one. He said he needed proof of the old address with my girlfriend's name on it. I told him we would come back the next day, but she found a letter with the old address in my car, so we went back at the same time and waited. Another man helped me, who seemed angry. He told me to show him my green card or whatever it was I had shown the previous person, and this was only because I was speaking Spanish with my girlfriend and because of my Latino appearance, because all I had to do was say "ID, not residency." I walked in and it was crowded! It must have been prime time to drop packages or something because u had to wait on line for a bit. The drag was patient, friendly and helpful, where I feel like other packaging place have fell short with service. It's great to have this location in this Main Street as packaging places are dying out. They also take Amazon returns as well!

I'm going to start out by saying I knew what I needed but I didn't have a clue about how to make it…read morehappen. Brian came to give us an estimate. He took the time to explain everything, walk our property with us and share the options available for what we were looking for. Within days they were back to complete the job. They were punctual, quick and knowledgable. They ran wires to the area we needed and set up a new outlet for an RV. The technician was quick, friendly, and went above and beyond cleaning up after the work was done. I don't know typically what a project like this would cost but they were able to get the job done for what to me seemed like a fair price. I would highly recommend Hart Electric, especially based on the friendliness and knowledge of their team and their fast service.
