TL;DR - Final Gift took over Regency Forest. Prices up, care down…read more We took our furbabies to Regency Forest since our first cat passed. We were so impressed with the love and care they showed us and our cat that when our other cats grew old and died, we made the long drive to Regency Forest without looking anywhere else. They were bought by a new company, "Final Gift." Prices increased (the urn price alone DOUBLED) and care went out the window. The reception staff couldn't be bothered to get up from their desks to the counter where I stood, leaving me to shout my information to them across the space. It was a transaction with a customer, not a respectful interaction with a bereaved pet parent. The only glimmer of the old Regency Forest care was from the gentleman who took my cat's remains from me, who I recognized from the old staff. Alas, his kindness wasn't enough to make up for the awful experience and price hikes. We'll never go back.

I don't know how much I can say about duct cleaning because the truth is I know nothing about duck…read morework accept mine was dirty and now it's not. The five stars, are for costumer service! I called several duct cleaners (a lot of them, which I found on facebook). Once I got through the five or so that weren't licensed and insured, I got to the ones who were just downright rude - like I said, I know nothing about duct cleaning so the questions I had likely were stupid, but a bit of tact goes a long way. With this company, I felt like all my questions were answered in a respectful way and dumbed down enough so that even a noob like me could understand. I also appreciated that how transparent they were about what I need and what I DON'T need, and didn't just try to sell me the works because they could. I hate to say it, but honest trades people are hard to come by these days and the All Phase men are a rare breed of honest guys! A++++
