Anyway, I sent her in by herself and told her to ask for assistance if needed. Well...the clerk was rude and bullying. He dressed her down in front of the other customers. People like this don't realize the harm they do to when they lash out at people with special needs. He should be stuffed into a back office and not be allowed to deal with the general public. When I went inside to check on her, he kind of sort of offered a lame apology. But it will be a bit more difficult for her, confidence-wise, the next time. Thanks, dude.

They have free oversized pouches for returns (a feature I haven't seen at other locations), which made the process super simple--just drop in the item and have the clerk scan the QR code on your phone. It took my wife a few weeks to get all the paperwork necessary to retrieve some mail. The mail was saved, then when my wife finally got to this post office to collect it, they returned all of it back to the respective senders stating that no one came for it. This is in spite of the fact that all the necessary arrangements were made to pick up this mail at this post office. This essentially negated many many hours of work by my wife. There was absolutely no sense of accountability even by the postmaster of this facility. The word pathetic is being polite.

When I called, one of the guys who was always there explained to just bring in the label on my phone and they could print it. When I got there, the other guy who is always there COMPLETELY HANDLED my uncloseable box. This was an expensive item and I was so stressed out about getting it back to Overstock and I couldn't carry it myself and he just did it. In like, two minutes.
