When I called, one of the guys who was always there explained to just bring in the label on my phone and they could print it. When I got there, the other guy who is always there COMPLETELY HANDLED my uncloseable box. This was an expensive item and I was so stressed out about getting it back to Overstock and I couldn't carry it myself and he just did it. In like, two minutes. I will definitely stop being afraid of returns, because the service is so fast and affordable. I wanted to review because other people might be flustered by a return with a million steps.
