Which is what I had intended they were going to request - given the CLEAR WORDING IN THE EMAIL. My colleague said they refused to let him pickup with the confirmation email and tracking number. I called the store to read the email to them because it specifically says to provide tracking number if you are not the addressee. Upon calling, I got the nastiest, most miserable "store owner" I have ever exchanged words with. He sounded like he was a drunk uncle the way he was raising his voice. He spoke to me like I was a toddler, or like a pet. Making me feel stupid and like I don't understand English. The second guy was nicer, as he said they are just following the policy. I'm literally afraid to go in the store to pick up because he might spit at me or throw a beer bottle at me. Horrendous and terrified for the rest of the day. I literally want to re-order my whole order and set it to a different pickup location. I'm mortified.
