There were scents beads all over the floor, used dryer sheets on the floor, overflowing garbage pails and worst of all, a family of 3 kids having a "picnic" of McDonalds right in the aisle where the wash machines are. Absolutely disgusting. The attendant working there didnt come out from behind the counter at all. Many of the washers and dryers are out of service. When Diane worked here the place was immaculate. Now its a dump. I will definitely be going elsewhere.

This evening, I left my cell phone here and found it in the same place an hour later. That has never happened to me before in a public space. I was worried that I would have to buy another phone. The staff is very very nice but they speak limited English and are not able to assist with anything. The dryers are always full of clothes that have finished the cycle. I also had an extremely uncomfortable situation in which a patron was mad that her stuff was taken out of the dryer after it was done. She was pushing me and grabbing my cart. The staff members said policia but they did not actually call the police. I wanted them to call because the woman was a total nut case. I've seen many dogs in here. They're in the carts and on the folding tables. Very disgusting. I do not recommend this laundromat. It's not managed well.

Their website says that their female fit models are between 5'7" and 5'10". That is average height to AEO but slightly too long for me. So I took the pants to Dutchgirl Cleaners, which has a fitting room where I tried them on. Seo, the tailor, pinned the extra fabric up until the hem touched my flat shoes. I usually wear flats and wore the shoes that I planned to wear with the pants. Then he folded the pants in and out and drew a straight line where the new hem should go. Now my pants fit perfectly. The service took in five business days because he used a sewing machine to make the alterations, and there were many customers ahead of me. Drew, the manager, who charged me $15 a pair. I had to pay in full before the tailoring was done (see photo below). The price though is reasonable for Suffolk County.

Would they have kept my suits?? I paid it off and will not be going back there again. If you ask me, the proper thing for them to have done is kept the bill on the original ticket. The only thing I should be expected to do is drop off my wardrobe and pick them up for the price I was told AND given on the day of my drop off.
