Washing machine #40 accepted payment and then froze. The woman working did not understand what I was saying to her. I also had an extremely uncomfortable situation in which a patron was mad that her stuff was taken out of the dryer after it was done. She was pushing me and grabbing my cart. The staff members said policia but they did not actually call the police. I wanted them to call because the woman was a total nut case. I've seen many dogs in here. They're in the carts and on the folding tables. Very disgusting. I do not recommend this laundromat. It's not managed well.

When I came for my pick up, I was given the price of close to $100.00! I gave them my ticket which showed around $70.00 being charged but I was told the math was done wrong and I was to pay the new amount. What if I didn't have the money they originally told me? Would they have kept my suits?? I paid it off and will not be going back there again. If you ask me, the proper thing for them to have done is kept the bill on the original ticket.
