I've been here twice but only once did I actually leave something to be taken care of. The first time one of my jackets had a zipper which was stuck so they charged about $13 to fix all the teeth which wasn't bad considering I haven't worn it in 3-4 years. The 2nd time I came was because my father had a similar problem with his jacket except the woman who worked here was kind enough to zip and unzip the jacket about 10 times and said nothing was wrong. She said it would cost $40 just to put on new teeth, but she said tell your father to relax in the morning and to slowly zip the jacket up so he doesn't get frustrated in the morning when he does it to fast which is why it gets stuck. I've never really dealt with other cleaners but this is a safe and affordable one to check out in the Commack-Kings Park area.

For some reason instead they decided to uncross the straps so they were even longer and the dress was falling down. When I called back the next day to get my money back since I paid $140 for this "work," they refused to refund me. I will never use this business again, they are scammers who will ruin your clothing and steal your money.
