Now fast forward, the new owner had given it a facelift- there are new machines and much nicer decor so you dont feel like your in a dump. Now of course, the place isnt ULTRA GREAT but it is improved, and it is what it is- just good to do what your here to do. Kelly one of the staff and her daughter are my favorite attendants they are like buddies so when I come here I always get big smiles and laughs. There is an older gentleman who is here at night sometimes he has a bit if an anger issue at times and can be scary to deal with but fortunately he is usually nice to me- They lose a star for the limited parking and sketchy area that seems to be a hotspot for shenanigans and various crazies who live in the vicinity- but who cares its still better than ANY laundromat in New york city, and New York city is the best place on earth so thats how i see it ...

The machines on the left side near the right entrance do not rinse or dry clothes properly. This is my third complaint, but nothing has been done to fix the issue. The last time I complained, a staff member said she would inform the owner, but the problem remains unresolved. As a long-time customer, I am disappointed that my concerns are not being addressed. Additionally, the glass door has been broken for a long time and still has not been repaired. This is a serious safety hazard that could injure someone. If these issues are not resolved, I will file a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB). I am attaching pictures for reference. I urge the owner to take these problems seriously and fix the machines and the broken glass door as soon as possible. Customers deserve clean clothes and a safe environment. Las máquinas situadas en el lado izquierdo, cerca de la entrada, no enjuagan ni secan la ropa correctamente. Esta es mi tercera queja, pero no se ha tomado ninguna medida para solucionar el problema.
