Started off good but quickly went downhill after lots of business. Very busy, especially with…read moredrop-off service, which is good for business, but it was hard to find available machines except very early mornings. On several occasions, I had to come back 2-3 times during the late afternoon and evening to see if machines were available. At night, cleaning crew gets in the way of customers. Their cleaning equipment block the narrow aisles, making it difficult to even get through with your laundry. Their policy is "last wash at 9PM" and they won't let you use the washers after 9 despite the place being open until 11PM. Their reason is that the washers have already been cleaned and oiled. (Oh, so customers can't use the washers anymore?) Suggested (by other customers, too) to do this early morning when they're not busy so cleaners aren't in the way of customers, but that fell on deaf ears. Maybe a year ago I could recommend this place, but not anymore.

I could barely button it, sleeves we're 2 " up my wrists, pockets were bulging & untucked as if I was trying to stuff myself into a coat made for a child. The lining was larger than the actual coat & ironed down over it. I kept (wishful) thinking something like a scarf or my sweater was bunched up in the back causing tightness, but no. Feeling like Alice in Wonderland I go back in wearing my shrunken garment to Politely let them know coat must've shrunk, owner dude comes out and says "yeah looks small" but "it wasn't me". Basically calling me a liar & wasted 10 minutes Of my time acting like a defensive, intimidating, blowhard, Telling me I was WRONG. I kept trying to reel it back in by asking "how can we resolve"? Finally he said he could "try to stretch but can't guarantee"...I left it with him "To try" figuring I'm gonna have to donate anyway. Was in tears Not only because of the insults, but it was a carefully curated coat w/quality tailoring, fit me perfectly before that fateful trip. When I went to pick up I had my brother in TOW in case hobnob wanted to start with the insults again. Coat was stretched somewhat but still doesn't fit like it did before dropping it off.
