I truly do. I've had I've had at least six things hemmed here, the straps adjusted on a dress and they came out great. Most recently I had two slack's hemmed, both were wide legged, and two long dresses hemmed, and she pointed out that I needed the straps shortened on one dress and it came to about $90 if that helps. She took the time to confer with me about how long to keep my pants, depending on the height of shoes I'm going to wear with them, and how short to make my long dresses and explained why, which I appreciated. read more

Took my wife's dress there to be repaired and cleaned after our wedding day. When the dress was returned it was just as dirty as it was when we left it with them. When my wife and I went to the store to ask "what happened to the dress?" The owner was quick to provide a refund. But her mother accused my wife of being a liar. My wife showed her the photos, they refused to look at them. For the price we paid I'm very glad we were able to get a refund but I would not recommend coming in to get your wedding dress cleaned, or repaired. read more

They have you come in a few times, changing only one thing at a time, so that at each step you can be sure that your dress is fitting just right! We also were very appreciative that she drew my mom a diagram of my gown's bustle, so she could pull it up on her phone on the day and take care of it easily. I'm not saying they aren't good at what they do, and these women are wonderful people who do work very hard to make their clients happy. These ladies know their stuff, but ultimately, they were poor communicators. I brought my wedding gown to Rosie's a couple of weeks before my wedding, and they did a great job explaining my options to alter the dress to the best of their ability. Ultimately, with the way my wedding dress was made (not their fault), they couldn't get it to fit my body the way I wanted, so I called them the next day and told them I got a new dress, so they ceased alterations on the first dress, and I brought in my second dress. No problem. The second dress was much easier to alter and just needed to be taken in and lined. I asked them to line this wedding dress and extend the lining on my rehearsal dress and they said okay. However, when I went to pick my dress up... I was horrified to find they had simply attached a different colored liner to the hem of the first liner on both dresses about mid-thigh, so that you could see the lining through the front. If they had explained this was what they were going to do, I NEVER would have consented to having this done, as it almost looks worse than having my legs show a little. They also printed me a receipt for $190 when I left the two dresses the first time, which was the price of the half completed alterations on the first dress (no problem, work is work, I changed my mind) plus the new alterations on the second dress and rehearsal dress, which was all fine with me. Anyway, basically when I went to pick up, not only was the lining not done correctly or explained to me before they did it, but the amount I was paying more than doubled (over $450), and their excuse for not telling me was that they were "rushing." I feel I should've been called and given an explanation that the lining couldn't be done correctly and the pricing and THEN consented to this option. Not just done haphazardly and charged more than double for it. Customers need to know EXACTLY what they are paying and exactly what you are doing before you do it. Additionally, due to poor luck on both of our ends, the owner got very sick in the days leading up to my wedding, which is awful and of course I wish her well, but my pick up date and time kept getting pushed and pushed. This is obviously out of their control and there is no blame here, but I do think they should have someone else working there that knows how to do alterations that they can call in the future to keep deadlines on track. I had to leave for a hotel the day before my wedding to meet my bridal party and they kept assuming I would be around up until the day before my wedding to pick this up. I really do appreciate them working past close to help get the dress done, but this was still much later pick up than we discussed. read more

TERRIBLE service. Carolina and her mother took advantage of me being understanding that her mother's wrist was broken and didn't properly alter my dress. The whole bridal party got their dresses altered here and each dress sat differently on us all because it was not done correctly. They promised our money back then almost refused to do so once in person. I paid more for these alterations than the dress itself! Instead of hearing what I had to say, they both raised their voices at me and my sisters. They are extremely disrespectful and do not take responsibility. NEVER coming back and do NOT recommend. read more

Recently went here to get my medical scrubs "fitted". Rosie was a sweetheart and gave me the shape I wanted, turning my "potato sack" uniform into a more functional and shapely "potato sack" uniform. They accept credit cards but have a $15 dollar minimum. The price was affordable and the sewing was done in a timely manner. I'll definitely be back for more uniform fittings. read more

I love Rosie's. Carolina and her mom did a remarkable job on my bridesmaids dress so when it was my turn to get married I went to them with my wedding dresses. Yes dresses I had two and even though I kinda sprung the second one on them they were able to alter it quickly and did a great job. One of my dresses was off the rack and needed a lot of work. It also had a long train and I'm sure the bussel was hard for them to do but they did a great job. went here for my wedding dress. They do all sorts of tailoring (regular everyday wear to formal wear for both men & women). I do not know these people personally nor am i trying to "sell" them but because i had so many fittings i got to observe many different customers they have. All of them extremely happy with their service (including myself). I even told Rosie who is the owner to suggest to her customers that they fill out reviews but she is too shy to request it. She feels "awkward" which is understandable and also shows that she is not too pushy. When looking for a tailor for my dress i was unsure of where to go since bridal tailoring is very different then standard clothing. I was able to find 1 amazing review for them on google.com and due to their location and that review i gave them a shot. They are patient and do good work. :) i am very pleased with my experience and will be back to them the next time i need anything tailored! read more

Rosie's is the best by far and I would trust those ladies with any and all of my garments. They've shortened more pairs of my sons pants than I can even count. They altered my moms dress that she wore for my wedding and she felt so comfortable in it. They also were able to perform a miracle on my sisters bridesmaid dress, which was at least 2 sizes too small and we only had a week to fix. I highly recommend them. read more
