I've put my clothes in with no stains and I've taken out them out to find multiple black stains all over some articles of my clothing. The workers never look happy or like they're willing to help. Started off good but quickly went downhill after lots of business. On several occasions, I had to come back 2-3 times during the late afternoon and evening to see if machines were available. At night, cleaning crew gets in the way of customers. Their cleaning equipment block the narrow aisles, making it difficult to even get through with your laundry. Their policy is "last wash at 9PM" and they won't let you use the washers after 9 despite the place being open until 11PM. Their reason is that the washers have already been cleaned and oiled. (Oh, so customers can't use the washers anymore?) Suggested (by other customers, too) to do this early morning when they're not busy so cleaners aren't in the way of customers, but that fell on deaf ears. Maybe a year ago I could recommend this place, but not anymore.

My only complaint is the parking but that's not on the owners behalf. Parts of Smithtown seems to be hobbled together anyways.
