This means if you did not come with cash you may need to use their ATM with a $2.95 service charge . Then you are notified that you need singles only to get your first time card to load. So you then must go to the service counter to ask the employee for singles just to get the card you need to load your payment on to use the machines . Seem like quite the scam, we all know you should be able to use your credit card to purchase your wash machine card without having to play this game with the ATM so they get an additional $2.95 out of you. What an inconvenience.

I've put my clothes in with no stains and I've taken out them out to find multiple black stains all over some articles of my clothing. The workers never look happy or like they're willing to help. However the smell and putting stain free clothes in and them coming out with stains makes it so I don't want to go back.

The young ladies that work there are always very nice and personable. Take note that they only take cash at pickup. As far as the rest of the establishment, I have done laundry there, and found everything to be neat, clean, and operational. It's generally busy there all the time, but not to the point where you don't have room to fold. If you need more than one washer and drier, though, perhaps have a pen and paper handy to write down each one's number, as you may not get multiple empty ones that are right next to each other. He was caring and welcoming. The staff kept an eye on me, and, when I didn't know how to operate the dryers, came to help out when I got stuck. That could be because they weren't busy or because they are just starting out but for me it was a positive experience.
