They look new and fresh. And just being near them makes you feel new and fresh, and hopeful of the future. I love their pay by card system. I recommend putting 20 dollars cash at a time on your Lee Laundry Mall card, because if you put a 20 dollar bill on your card, you get 2 extra dollars free? What value! And it's so clean here. So clean in fact, that as I walked in today there was a lady cleaning the floor. I didnt want to get in her way but WOW! How many laundromats keep their place this clean? It's the cleanest laundromat in town! Love is a precious word that I use very sparingly but I'll say it here. I LOVE the Lee Laundry Mall. There were scents beads all over the floor, used dryer sheets on the floor, overflowing garbage pails and worst of all, a family of 3 kids having a "picnic" of McDonalds right in the aisle where the wash machines are. Absolutely disgusting. The attendant working there didnt come out from behind the counter at all. Many of the washers and dryers are out of service. When Diane worked here the place was immaculate. Lost my licence in the machine, left my phone number,…read moreafter a week of no communication, I had to return to the establishment and was told by the manager that he didn't want to pay for maintenance to open the machine. When I spoke to him, he denied it and when he opened the machine he claimed he found nothing in there and it must have went down the drain. He pretended to not be able to hear me when on the phone and then he was laughing to others about the situation in the background. He blamed me for leaving my license in the wash. Wouldn't reimburse me for my licence renewal and was dismissive and sarcastic. Go the extra mile and give your business to someone else.
