They make you buy a laundry card with cash only to use the machines, but there's no one there to tell you that. the knobs on the machines were disgusting and left my hands visibly dirty... I accidentally started a wash before putting my pod in but there's absolutely no way to pause the cycle... so for $7 I just have to let my clothes go through a wash with no soap and no way to add it after the fact. 0/10. Getting older and the aches and pains that come with it make hard for me to stand for many hours . So I have resorted to using their laundry service . They are always pleasant and helpful . I have not experienced this great treatment in other laundromats . I used to go to a different laundromat near my work . While that one was spacious and had TVS I would get dirty looks if I walked in at 10 min to 8 . This other place said their last wash was at 8 . If I asked the place near my work to use their laundry service , I was always treated with negativity. Oh no we are so busy they would say . I used to think why have a service that no one can use . The laundromat in Selden on Boyle Road is never like that . They are friendly when they see you and make you feel comfortable to be there . There are benches outside if you need to sit . Also the Deli next door is excellent as well . So you can do your laundry and get breakfast or Lunch at Kara's .

Started off good but quickly went downhill after lots of business. Very busy, especially with…read moredrop-off service, which is good for business, but it was hard to find available machines except very early mornings. On several occasions, I had to come back 2-3 times during the late afternoon and evening to see if machines were available. At night, cleaning crew gets in the way of customers. Their cleaning equipment block the narrow aisles, making it difficult to even get through with your laundry. Their policy is "last wash at 9PM" and they won't let you use the washers after 9 despite the place being open until 11PM. Their reason is that the washers have already been cleaned and oiled. (Oh, so customers can't use the washers anymore?) Suggested (by other customers, too) to do this early morning when they're not busy so cleaners aren't in the way of customers, but that fell on deaf ears. Maybe a year ago I could recommend this place, but not anymore.
