I have a really busy schedule and I don't really want to waste the very little time off that I have sitting around doing laundry (personal opinion), but I heard that they had a laundry service when I actually went to their laundromat. I was extremely pleased with their service, they fold and hang my laundry, I have a next day turn around. They are also open year round and the girls are awesome. I have been using strebel's for 4 months now and have no complaints. One tip if you want to use their laundry service: they work by weight, so the more laundry you have the cheaper it gets.

Save your time, money, and clothing, and find somewhere else to get your laundry/dry cleaning done…read more This place charges astronomical prices and has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have never been compelled to write a negative review before today-- but it was THAT bad. They charged me $190 to dry clean 4 dresses and a light coat. 3/4 of the dresses were returned with the existing stains still visible, and one dress was MISSING entirely! I was told they send dry cleaning out to a third party, and that they would call me when they located my dress. After over a week of unreturned phone calls, I went there in person to retrieve the items they were "doing over" and see if they had found my lost dress. All of the dresses that were "redone" were still stained, and it turns out that they had found the missing dress, just didn't bother to call me, and when they brought it out to me it was covered on the front and back in what looks to be coffee -- these are brand new stains that happened while the dress was in their possession. This dress cost me $175 and is now ruined, and they refused to credit me back the $190 I paid for their cleaning services, which they did NOT complete since my clothing is currently in worse shape than it was when I left it in their care-- I would have been better off setting $190 on fire, and then dumping a pot of coffee on my dress for good measure. To add insult to injury, when I told the employee working how upset I was at how this was all handled and that they would be losing my business, she told me "that's fine, I don't care", and actually gave me an attitude. I've never felt so disrespected, and cannot believe a place like this is operational. Save yourself the trouble and go anywhere else!!!

I had been hearing amazing things about the nightlife in Patchogue from some close friends who live…read morethere and recently decided to airbnb vacation in the area for a month. I needed my clothes washed and folded for me throughout my stay. Whenever I travel, I worry about my high end designer clothes and don't want to leave my clothes with just anybody. Just around the corner from my place, I decided to take a chance with the route 112 laundromat. Janet, the older woman at the desk with the long white hair was very hospitable and welcoming. My first impression made me feel more like family than a laundry client. She assured me that my clothes were in good hands with her and that she had years of professional experience handling delicate and high end clothing. I had zero qualms after speaking with her and now Janet has a life long customer. When I come back to patchogue for Thanksgiving, I'll be trusting my clothes with Janet. Unfortunately, my summer excursion went by way too fast but I could enjoy it without worry once I saw the phenomenal care to detail Janet paid to my garments. A+ service with a family feel and an above and beyond experience. I'm recommending all of my friends who live in the area to trust Janet with their clothes.
