Started off good but quickly went downhill after lots of business. Very busy, especially with…read moredrop-off service, which is good for business, but it was hard to find available machines except very early mornings. On several occasions, I had to come back 2-3 times during the late afternoon and evening to see if machines were available. At night, cleaning crew gets in the way of customers. Their cleaning equipment block the narrow aisles, making it difficult to even get through with your laundry. Their policy is "last wash at 9PM" and they won't let you use the washers after 9 despite the place being open until 11PM. Their reason is that the washers have already been cleaned and oiled. (Oh, so customers can't use the washers anymore?) Suggested (by other customers, too) to do this early morning when they're not busy so cleaners aren't in the way of customers, but that fell on deaf ears. Maybe a year ago I could recommend this place, but not anymore.

First, MANY of the washing machines have huge green mold in the door around the glass. They have…read morenever cleaned it in all the times I've been there. Second, the soap dispensers are soooo crusty with caked on old soap. Never cleaned. THIRD big offense: No HOT WATER from time to time. It's a gamble!! There are a couple of times I've had to tell the attendant the water isn't getting hot and they have to flip the hot water switch on. I'm paying for hot water wash and can't even get it alll the time?! Supposedly it s because the Dryer is Free so they cut the hot water. Forth, old musty odor when you walk in. It doesn't smell clean. The clothes always DONT smell the freshest coming out of the wash as compared to other places I have used that are clean. 5th , the dryers. A lot have holes in the drum and sharp raised holes. Alot of holes have old duct tape over it. Some dryers don't work but there no signs. 6th: there are folding tables but the attendant s don't clean these I come in and find food crumbs all over. They don't enforce people to stop eating on tables. 7th : the floor gets really dirty with old dryer sheets and who knows what else. The local homeless man was there one day asking for change. I've seen this man everywhere around the town. Not a nice person. He was coughing up a storm sounded like he had bronchitis. Touching everything and it sceeved me out more knowing the place doesn't sanitize anything! And this guys was just glaring at me . So uncomfortable. In conclusion Don't go there !
