Freezing inside machines out of order bathroom OOO . And expensive - driers are WACK. Only about 10 seats . The only thing dope about this place are the store hours but it sucks . Bring your hat scarf and mittens it's below zero inside !!!! read more

I really like this place. It's spacious, it had industrial sized washers and dryers and it's open 24/7. I have a busy schedule so being able to come in at 10pm or 6am is a real plus in my book. I've done my laundry there and I've also used their wash and fold service. I do agree with Brian M that the fact that they have no AC will be annoying in the Summer. In the Winter the place was terribly cold, especially if you were stuck by the doors, but it IS right next to a bar, which is also a plus in my book. The washer and dryer prices seemed reasonable to me, but I am from NYC so most prices on the island do seem cheap by comparison. The dryers were a little steep to me, but they also dry in half the time of my last laundry mat so it works out. The wash and fold service was great. Reasonably priced compared to nearby places, and everything was washed perfectly. The folding seemed a little haphazard but they separately washed a huge blanket I had forgotten about and only charged me an extra $3, compared to most local places charging $10-$12. All in all I paid about $60 for over three weeks worth of laundry (I was out of town so it added up) which is actually cheaper than what I would have spent doing it myself (especially if you include the 3 beers I would have had next door). The biggest plus? They are SUPER polite, which is something I've rarely encountered in this area. I probably would have given them 3 stars since they do have quite a few broken machines, but attitude is everything. I'd rather come here and pay an extra 10 cents on the dryer than deal with some spoiled, snotty teenager any day. read more

Too expensive. I used wash and fold service because I need a laundromat with air conditioning and a working restroom. They have neither. Extra star subtracted because my black leggings were returned to me covered in lint. I will not go back. read more

This place is a ripoff... it's under new Mis-Management. I put my card in a dryer and it said to select a cycle.... it wouldn't do anything, but it took my money. So, stupid me puts a double load in the giant dryer that took my $3.00 then flashed "out of order". When I finally grabbed an employee to bring them over to show them the "out of order" he pushed some buttons and said "no money, no money"... at least I think that's what he said. I explained that I started with 20.50 on the card and now I have 17.50... he said again "no money, no money"... then walked away saying something. He came back with a card to make up for it after I followed him around badgering him. I spent the rest of the night moving my clothes from dryer to dryer to find one that actually dries. DO NOT GO NEAR THIS PLACE!!! I had to select at least one star to post this review... it should get none. read more

Employee was very nice and helpful, I didn't realize it was laundry card and not change and she exchanged my coins for bills and helped me with the card machine as I told her it was my first time using a laundromat since hurricane sandy. While it's pricier than I'd hoped, it's a convenient location and less expensive overall compared to the laundry facilities at my apartment complex because of larger machines. I went there because it was close to the other shopping I had to do. Not only do the machines not take coins, you had to find someone to find out that u had to buy a specific card to use to pay for the washer ($2 for just the card). Then I find out that the machine to load the $ on the card only takes cash (no CC or coins). The lady then tells me to go to another laundromat. No problem - I will, & never come back. Completely inconvenient & also way too expensive anyway. So pissed. read more

I like their facility. It feels safe even at the peak of the night. Other places don't give me the same vibe. Been here 3 times at various time of the day and night. Good so far. The small to big machines range from 2.45, 3.95, 4.95, 7.50, and 12.75. The dryers are .60 per 15 mins. To get a card, you go to the desk and ask for one. I think it was like $2. Cash only to put money on the card. There's an ATM I've never used. Overall good experience. They do dry cleaning too. Thumbs up! read more

The dirtiest and most expensive laundromat with rude staff I have ever seen. I happen to be in that are and had to do my laundry there. The place is filthy with dust at 10 am Saturday morning with only couple customers. The lady told me that I have to pay 2$ to buy their card so I could put money on it. Did not provide the receipt. Drying time is 60cents for 15 minutes what is the most expensive I have ever seen (usually it is 25cents) and the wash cost more also. Again, would not be an issue if the service was good and the place is clean. When I had left over money, the lady told me that it can not be returned, the machine to cash back did not work. When I insisted, she did give me my 5$ back and took the card for which I just payed 2$. I told her, this card is mine, I just payed for it and I want it back, so I do not have to buy again in case if I ever go there. She started to scream and yell that can not do it because of money were still on the card, she could not remove it out because the machine was broken. I told her than to give me my 2$ back and keep the card. She refused. Than she started to involve other customers in her problem what was inappropriate. And tell them to explain me. I told her that she understood me well, and I understand her well, you do not suck in you customers in your problems. I asked her to call her owner, she refused and gave me my money back stating that I am not allowed in the laundromat. I wonder if the owner support her policy. Also she said that she will just resell my card. So this is what she does...again, money is not the issue here but principe is. Other customers also told me that is often has conflicts with customers and very rude. Also, I do not think that that place will pass state inspection for sanitary reasons in there, and I am planning to call health department in that place. Well I used to love this place when the original owners were in charge. I tried the place, and the first experience was bad. They wanted to charge me for a blanket for 5 dollars extra. I would be ok if it was a large bed blanket but it was the same size as the towel in the bag. I argued saying they do t have any advertisement stating extra for blankets or towels, or bedding. I said I would not pay which I didn't. And said I won't come back and the old lady said fine. So goodbye!! Be warn about the shady business read more

Have been going here for many years. I do cleaning rags from my business mostly. In the beginning when place was new everything was in tip-top condition. Bathroom was always clean. The machines are Maytag and are very good. There's so much usage that there are often broken machines scattered throughout which is annoying but only when place is crowded. . The staff is nice and helpful never had a problem. What's going on now is the staff (very small staff) does a phenomenal drop off business and takes up a lot if the machines. The one or two people on staff are always working and therefore the place is not as clean as it should be. They do sweep up and pick up etc, but there are tons of dust from the dryers, naturally , on the fans (no ac), behind all the machines, chairs, game machines, etc. it definitely needs a cleaning company once a week. Bathroom smells occasionally. The outside needs work, too many pot holes etc and is crappy looking. The sign outside by road is fading away you can hardly read it. It still is convenient for me as I pass by it and they use a card for the machines which is easily replenishable. There's an ATM right there, drink machine, snack machine, ice cream, and some game machines for the kids. I think the owners who took it over do not want to spend any money on it and will run it into to ground. It is their fault this business has come to this. It's a very large venue so you're not on top of each other. If these things would be fixed and some thought went into cosmetic issues this would again be a good place. read more
