I found Aida's on a whim and went in immediately in the morning as they open at 7 am. I noted the stains on my coat and they paid special attention to them. They have super fast service and got my coat done in 2 days for under $20! I was thrilled I could spend the rest of my work trip wearing my nice coat. The staff here is also so friendly and extremely knowledgeable and have been in the business for over 20 years! I also recommended this place to my friend recently during COVID and she let me know they also do delivery and pickup which is really nice especially during this pandemic where it's not really safe to go outside. I'll definetely always recommend this place to all of my friends in the NYC area for their outstanding and attentive service.

The woman who owns the shop walked me through the work that needed to be done and quoted a fair price. She could not believe the other price that had been quoted and even offered to do extra work.
