I've put my clothes in with no stains and I've taken out them out to find multiple black stains all over some articles of my clothing. The workers never look happy or like they're willing to help. The price of the dryers is not bad, .25¢ for 9 minutes. They have multiple size washer and dryers. I also noticed they have a laundry service which is nice. However the smell and putting stain free clothes in and them coming out with stains makes it so I don't want to go back.

I found Aida's on a whim and went in immediately in the morning as they open at 7 am. I noted the stains on my coat and they paid special attention to them. They have super fast service and got my coat done in 2 days for under $20! I was thrilled I could spend the rest of my work trip wearing my nice coat. The staff here is also so friendly and extremely knowledgeable and have been in the business for over 20 years! I also recommended this place to my friend recently during COVID and she let me know they also do delivery and pickup which is really nice especially during this pandemic where it's not really safe to go outside. The dress still had the pins on the lining, it was never done! the lining was 4inches longer than the dress. I called immediately day of the wedding, and they told me to come back to the store to be refunded. when I returned, they tried to tell me they wouldn't refund me because alterations sometimes need adjusting. are you kidding? I had to argue the job I paid for, was half done. as the customer, I had to CUT THE DRESS WITH SCISSORS for it to be wearable to the wedding I was in. not only was the dress not completed; but now ruined. i wouldn't recommend this place for customers. a mistake is one thing, but make it right vs arguing with your customer. unprofessional all together.
