I have been using their drop off service the last few months , and the service is outstanding and reasonably priced . They fold clothes TIGHT, and you get them back in perfect stacks in transparent bags. All button up shirts are put on hangers, put together neatly with the sleeves feathered. The young ladies that work there are always very nice and personable. Take note that they only take cash at pickup. As far as the rest of the establishment, I have done laundry there, and found everything to be neat, clean, and operational. It's generally busy there all the time, but not to the point where you don't have room to fold. If you need more than one washer and drier, though, perhaps have a pen and paper handy to write down each one's number, as you may not get multiple empty ones that are right next to each other. I've been going here since 2013. I will no longer be using the dropoff services and will be going else where. For a laundry bag of (4) full comforters (31 Inches Height x 17 Inches diameter) they charged $64. I received them back with cat hair (admittedly less than when i dropped them off, but still a decent amount) I had to rewash multiple loads of laundry as they weren't able to remove stains left behind by deodorant (Aluminum Free/Natural). The straw that broke the camel's back though was I received somebody else's clothes (3) pickups in a row. Quality control has gone down. I gave (2) stars because they still have 2-3 wonderful employees. They have gutted most of the crew with new people. I don't believe they are able to keep track of peoples clothes correctly. I don't want to end up paying to ultimately lose my clothes. Also they only accept cash which is annoying. read more

I frequent this place and for a couple of years it was very clean. Not sure what's going on for about the past 6 months but it's gross . There are quite a few seedy characters that go to this place now. This last visit was especially horrific, it was the first day in two weeks I could walk after a leg injury. I was limping and in pain but didn't use my cane this day. I put my clothing into the washers and made my way over to get coins . I noticed a woman staring at me with a scowl as I limped to the coin machine. I then walked back over by my washing machines and there was a cart with a large amount of laundry in it in front of one of the machines I had loaded. I waited to see if it was the gentleman's laundry that was in the machine next to the one I had loaded as he was taking his laundry out of the machine, it wasn't . So after he took his laundry out of the machine next to it I moved the cart over in front of the empty machine and started to put the coins into the machine to get it started. Then the woman that had actually been scowling at me walked up with more laundry and appeared to be piturbed that her cart was moved away from my machine. So now she started pushing the cart into my injured leg repeatedly. So I pushed it off of me and moved to my next machine to put the money in. I went outside to wait for it to wash and when I came back into take it out to put it into the dryers , the woman rushed over and was hovering with this grin on her face. I assumed she may have realized what a jerk she was being before that. So then she followed me over by the dryers hovering again with that smile on her face. So I ignored her and again went outside to wait in my car. I went back in to get my clothing out of the dryer and did a sweep with my hand inside one of the dryers to make sure there weren't any socks left behind. At this time I noticed a hypodermic needle inside the dryer sticking out of the hole inside of the dryer !!! I informed one of the workers there and he went over right away to deal with it never said a word to me though. He must have understood me but he may not have been able to speak English because none of the people there could speak English when I was trying to converse with them in regards to my laundry being in the dryer with a hypodermic needle. Totally disgusting, trash all over the place and an aggressive customer shoving a cart with non stop force into my injured leg , now a hypodermic needle in my dryer.. it's a shame I am a life long resident in this area and it seems the area is going down , big time. I will never be going back to the Medford laundry Kingdom. read more

I've been using them for about two years. It had begun to get dirtier. More machines seem to be out of order. The main reason why I'll never use them ever again in because of roaches. I was just doing my laundry washed it and as I was looking around above me I noticed another roach. The first one I saw was under the washer machine and that was last week. I let it slide. This one was brazenly walking on the wall probably to his family. Did not care if anyone saw him. It wasn't late at night it was about 8:30pm. Experience says if roaches are coming out in the open there's probably a lot of them. They cut down on staff obviously because the place is dirty than the past two years and probably I'd venture to say they cut down on the exterminator. More money in their pockets. As for me I found a super place to dry my clothes and I think I'll be coming here more often read more

this place is extremely sketchy , the workers are nowhere to be found when situations happen . I came here the other night , I was being harassed by a homeless guy worker told him to leave then never seen the worker again , a guy who seemed to be not completely sober kept walking around I was the only female in the place , kept walking near with a mask on and a hood on ... the worker did not appear once again after he told the man to leave. luckily there was men with us who stood by us and near us the whole time , at this laundry clothes are always being stolen , whole laundry smells like smoke . the activity in the parking lot is VERY sketchy and creepy this place needs to get closed down . I will never be coming back here to Laundry Kingdom in Medford ever again . read more

Been going here for years but this bad experience is making me write this. Put 20 dollars into the change machine, then receive the change and didnt think on counting it. Who would? You would expect the machine to give you exact change every time. After using the quarters on two washing machines, I realized I was short almost 8 dollars. Now we went to the same change machine to test out the theory. Put in 10 dollars and gave us only 5 dollars, not thinking of it, I left to tell the two attendants that were working this night. Almost a minute later, the machine then gave us the other 5 dollars from the original 10. I informed the attendant that we lost 8 dollars in the beginning and they informed me it wasn't their responsibility and they couldn't do anything about it. It's not so much that fact it was only 8 dollars but the fact on their attitude on not wanting to help or do anything about it, makes me annoyed. Most likely someone walked by and saw the quarters and took them but I think this problem with the machines should be a priority over anything else. read more

This has always been my go to laundromat on a weekly basis, and up until now I have always been happy with the place. There are plenty of machines, which means there is rarely a wait, and they usually do a good job. However, lately the place has gone downhill; floors are not swept, more machines are in disrepair, and the clientele is a bit, shall we say, downscale. But what really annoys me is the fact that they used to at least make it comfortable in the summer with the air conditioning on. Now either the a/c is broken OR the owners have turned into penny-pinching misers who make it nearly unbearable especially when all the dryers are going!!! read more

This place is easy to miss the best landmarks are the Post Office and the Enterprise Rental Car joint. It's nestled between the two of 'em. I hate doing laundry when the washer and dryer aren't in my house it becomes a deep rooted hatred. Alas, it's a chore that needs to be done and if it's gotta be done let it be at Laundry Kingdom. I've lived in some ghettos I don't mean that as a sophomoric exaggeration. I've wrestled the Cthulhu and tripped on their garbage bags of laundry for a machine that works. Those laundry spots where you had to sit on your washer so your clothes don't get stolen by Crackheads or Roaches. That experience has expanded my threshold for acceptable Laundromats. The Laundry Kingdom has been good to me the last couple of months. The staff is friendly & helpful. It's bright and pretty clean inside. No problems getting washers and driers. Towards the back sits a decent Espresso machine; it grinds the beans fresh. I think the kingdom remains open 24 hours and there's plenty of Televisions to watch albeit their set to Telenovelas & The Federación Mexicana de Fútbol Asociación. (Which is fine with me.) I can't speak on the drop off service but I do see a lot of regulars picking their stuff up. read more

I use the Drop off service here. They do an outstanding job with an outstanding positive attitude. When I first decided I was fed up doing my own laundry and that I was going to have someone else do it, I had thought I was going to drop off clothes and they would of huffed and puffed as they weigh the 20lb bag. But they write you a receipt and you pick up later that day, or next day. They wash/dry/fold your clothes for $0.95 a lb. +tax For an additional charge they will do your wash using Tide detergent/Downy softener. However the stuff they use to wash your clothes regularly smells just as good. Nothing went missing. No clothes are ruined. Walking in I have noticed a lot of machines available for use for individuals who would rather wash their own clothing. The place looks and smells clean. Its a pleasure walking into the place. I don't think I will do another load of laundry as long as this place does right by me. read more

Dryers don't get hot enough. Washing machine doesn't spin well, my clothes always dripping wet. I wasted a lot of money going to Laundry Kingdom. I will never go to this laudromat again! read more

I had been using their drop off service for my sheets and towels....then this week I included my mattress pad.....when I arrived home...the mattress pad was missing...I checked the basket where I store the "dirty" sheets till I bring them in. When I could not find them anywhere, I went back to the Laundry and spoke with the girls who take care of the drop off service...they informed me that I should have told them about the pad as there would be an extra charge re:drying time., I told them find my mattress pad and I will gladly pay any extra charge....I left without my mattress pad which they claimed I could not have included with my sheets.....needless to say that even though this is the first time anything like this happened, I will not give them an opportunity to "misplace" anything else.....
