Brought an expensive jacket in and when I brought it home, it had a distinct odor of perfume. Regardless of whether it was there before, dry cleaning should have gotten it out. Also no dry cleaning paper came with the hanger( eco friendly green dry cleaning), like the last jacket I brought in. I didn't notice this till late in the day Saturday when it was too late to go back and the next day being Sunday, they are closed. I was so upset that I ended up washing it since I couldn't stand the odor. I should have read the label first which said it can be washed. $22 down the drain, will take my business elsewhere.

I needed my clothes washed and folded for me throughout my stay. Whenever I travel, I worry about my high end designer clothes and don't want to leave my clothes with just anybody. Just around the corner from my place, I decided to take a chance with the route 112 laundromat. Janet, the older woman at the desk with the long white hair was very hospitable and welcoming. My first impression made me feel more like family than a laundry client. She assured me that my clothes were in good hands with her and that she had years of professional experience handling delicate and high end clothing. I had zero qualms after speaking with her and now Janet has a life long customer. When I come back to patchogue for Thanksgiving, I'll be trusting my clothes with Janet. Unfortunately, my summer excursion went by way too fast but I could enjoy it without worry once I saw the phenomenal care to detail Janet paid to my garments. A+ service with a family feel and an above and beyond experience. I'm recommending all of my friends who live in the area to trust Janet with their clothes.

As far as the rest of the establishment, I have done laundry there, and found everything to be neat, clean, and operational. It's generally busy there all the time, but not to the point where you don't have room to fold. If you need more than one washer and drier, though, perhaps have a pen and paper handy to write down each one's number, as you may not get multiple empty ones that are right next to each other. Overall, I highly recommend this particular Laundry Kingdom.
