When I spoke to him, he denied it and when he opened the machine he claimed he found nothing in there and it must have went down the drain. He pretended to not be able to hear me when on the phone and then he was laughing to others about the situation in the background. He blamed me for leaving my license in the wash. Wouldn't reimburse me for my licence renewal and was dismissive and sarcastic. Go the extra mile and give your business to someone else.

I went because the hours were convenient for me. I would also go about twice a year when I had to wash something big. What has been said in the reviews was true. Most of the machines were broken ie: they leaked, jammed,and short timed you. It's not that the staff was bad they just didn't care. Recently my washer broke and I needed to do laundry to get me through. Well, it's under NEW ownership!!! All new machines. No more coins needed. The owner himself helped me to operate the new system. He was caring and welcoming. The staff kept an eye on me, and, when I didn't know how to operate the dryers, came to help out when I got stuck. That could be because they weren't busy or because they are just starting out but for me it was a positive experience. I can't comment on the price because I don't know what current laundromat prices are. To those who had bad prior experiences there, I strongly suggest another visit. It's a whole different place.

They make you buy a laundry card with cash only to use the machines, but there's no one there to tell you that. the knobs on the machines were disgusting and left my hands visibly dirty... I accidentally started a wash before putting my pod in but there's absolutely no way to pause the cycle... so for $7 I just have to let my clothes go through a wash with no soap and no way to add it after the fact. 0/10. I wish I went to the one in miller place.
