First time over here. You have to buy a laundry card to do laundry. No coins. You can use bills to load your laundry card.

This is a really nice laundromat with a lot of choices in washer sizes. It's also very clean on the people that work here are incredibly kind. I just had a couple of problems. One was that my dryer didn't work and so the woman that helped me told me to pay again and I said I'm not paying again because it didn't work. She ended up giving me the credit so I can finish drying my clothes, but still. Also, this is probably a great solution for people who live there, but I don't so I'll never use this laundromat again. But they have started using cards that cost a dollar and then you have to put like a minimum of five dollars on the card. Whatever is left over is basically lost if you never use this laundromat again. I overpaid by like five dollars. It kind of irritated me because I tried really hard to get it close to what I was going to spend and it didn't. So just be careful of that. I hate this system, I think it's a scam because no matter what the laundromat makes the money. Also, the washers and dryers are never an even amount, like $4.50. It's more like 4.60 so that they can make that extra dime. It really must add up. Anyway, it's a really nice laundromat, their products are really expensive so bring your own from the dollar store, but they're very nice, it's clean, and they have great washers. read more

The best laundromat--clean, several sizes of washers and dryers and clan restrooms. If you're coming for the first time you'll need to buy a laundry card with cash or credit card but there's no refund if you don't use it all up. But then again you'll be back--it's that nice! They sell detergent and dryer softener sheets (and more) if you forget your supplies. Helpful and friendly staff! read more

Wow!! This is the nicest laundromat I've ever been to. And I've done laundry in 5 states. The machines are powerful and the place is so clean that you don't have to rewash something that fell on the floor. Prices are very fair also. Emma, the attendant is helpful and really nice! read more

It's an absolute pleasure doing my laundry here. Beautiful, clean, updated facility with the nicest people ever working there. Highly recommend, possible the best laundromat in Norwalk. The only disrespectful thing about the place is the parking situation, just take extra care when going in and out, luckily I have a small car but you may not wanna bring your truck or SUV, etc. Otherwise, go here for all your laundering needs! read more

I like that you offer a laundry card as opposed to all those quarters or risk of receiving a hold on your credit card for larger amounts than your purchase just for some convenience. Giant Laundry is my go to place to drop off my dry cleaning and laundry needs. Fast, professional and economical is what I would say plus it's the cleanest store that I've ever since. The managers Emmie and Roci are so friendly and always smile and even remember my name when I stop in! Best laundromat I've been to. The equipment is always clean, powerful and well maintained, (ie: no temperature, function or odor problems that you might find at other public laundry facilities.) The floor space is open and always clean which is important when you're hauling bundles of clothes around. The attendants who run the place and super friendly and helpful. Because of the nature and culture of the local clientele, there are often Moms with messy children who eat and drop snacks and sugary drinks, but with a word to the helpful staff, that nuisance is remedied in a flash. The payment process is all digital with a card system which means you'll never need coins or currency! They also have a very active drop-off and wash/fold service which I'm eager to try. And the hours are 7am-11pm! Hell, when are they NOT open?!! All in all, a great experience. Even when I do get my home washer/drying back, I will prob still use Giant Laundry occasionally because of the speed and convenience. read more

I have lived in this area for a while now and was so happy when a new laundromat finally opened just 3 minutes away from me. Although it is very nice and clean the customer service is not so great. In a place that usually has barely anyone in it the attending does not acknowledge you or even greet you! When I asked them a question about their payment program they did not know the answer so they called the owner who did not pick up. By the time I left the owner never called back. Safe to say I will be taking my business across town where the employees and owner are much more friendly and welcoming. read more
