The professionalism of all the employees to the speed to the cleanliness to the ability to separate Wash, Dry, fold. Exceptional!

I like this laundromat in that the equipment is all new, it is not usually crowded, the staff is really nice, it is (IMPORTANT) well-air conditioned (I am a winter girl and I strongly dislike the summer and the heat) -- but there is one MAJOR issue with it -- no matter what washer I use there -- and I have sensitive skin and use unscented, dye-free detergent, and my clothes always come out smelling like weird perfume. I've actually been unable to get the smell OUT of some clothes so I stopped going there, because it smells like old lady perfume or something and is strong. Once, I did my sheets there and had to re-do them all, because my bed smelled like a herd of old ladies or weird white ladies with bad taste from department stores were sleeping in it. I used to always go to the other one on Main Ave. -- which has a severe lack of washers because the staff uses them and does not care if there are none for customers and will let stuff sit in dryers for a considerable amount of time, even if people are waiting to use them. They suggested East Ave, and like I said, great facility, great people, but I don't understand the perfume smell. If it happened once, I'd not complain -- but it happened more than once, and I really don't like the time waste of doing laundry as it is, so having to do it twice is just painful to me. Maybe they'll look into it. I know I have a bit of a wolf nose, but it IS strong and my husband noticed it, too, since I never smell like old white lady. read more

Worst laundromat ever. Their machines are faulty and they don't refund you when their machines don't work. read more

Nice ppl, timely and very helpful. I wld recommend this service. They helped me load my car bc it was very heavy.

Staff super friendly, machines clean and good, the wash and fold services were excellent!

First time over here. You have to buy a laundry card to do laundry. No coins. You can use bills to load your laundry card.

Have always had an easy experience going here! Plenty of large machines for big comforters.

Awesome amazing service, Norma does the best out of all of them !! What a great place to do your laundry !

Wow!! This is the nicest laundromat I've ever been to. And I've done laundry in 5 states. The machines are powerful and the place is so clean that you don't have to rewash something that fell on the floor. Prices are very fair also. Emma, the attendant is helpful and really nice! read more

Giant Laundry - Cleanest laundromat ever! - Laundromat Near Me - Norwalk, Connecticut

This is a really nice laundromat with a lot of choices in washer sizes. It's also very clean on the people that work here are incredibly kind. I just had a couple of problems. One was that my dryer didn't work and so the woman that helped me told me to pay again and I said I'm not paying again because it didn't work. She ended up giving me the credit so I can finish drying my clothes, but still. Also, this is probably a great solution for people who live there, but I don't so I'll never use this laundromat again. But they have started using cards that cost a dollar and then you have to put like a minimum of five dollars on the card. Whatever is left over is basically lost if you never use this laundromat again. I overpaid by like five dollars. It kind of irritated me because I tried really hard to get it close to what I was going to spend and it didn't. So just be careful of that. I hate this system, I think it's a scam because no matter what the laundromat makes the money. Also, the washers and dryers are never an even amount, like $4.50. It's more like 4.60 so that they can make that extra dime. It really must add up. Anyway, it's a really nice laundromat, their products are really expensive so bring your own from the dollar store, but they're very nice, it's clean, and they have great washers. read more

The best laundromat--clean, several sizes of washers and dryers and clan restrooms. If you're coming for the first time you'll need to buy a laundry card with cash or credit card but there's no refund if you don't use it all up. But then again you'll be back--it's that nice! They sell detergent and dryer softener sheets (and more) if you forget your supplies. Helpful and friendly staff! read more

It's an absolute pleasure doing my laundry here. Beautiful, clean, updated facility with the nicest people ever working there. Highly recommend, possible the best laundromat in Norwalk. The only disrespectful thing about the place is the parking situation, just take extra care when going in and out, luckily I have a small car but you may not wanna bring your truck or SUV, etc. Otherwise, go here for all your laundering needs! read more

Very good laundry service. They work fast and the pickup / delivery option is great. Will be using them again.

I love this place. So clean and so nice...it's not your local laundry mat. I'm so glad they opened here. They even wash and fold for me (they dry clean too) but I haven't tried that yet. Great stuff and you sure make life easy. read more

This is the cleanest laundry I've ever been . Machines are in great condition ! This is the place to go with your clothing

The staff is very helpful and the place is very clean and easy to use! I can get all my laundry done within ~45 mins (3 LARGE loads). Washers and dryers are always open too! Staff is very friendly! read more

Great and friendly service. Clean and inviting. Washer and Dryers are great. Making a comparison that is dated, but the price seems higher than I would expect. Otherwise, I had a pleasant experience!! read more

They are reliable and very professional handling our uniforms for our office. Affordable and neat!

I was in love the moment I walked in just by the cleanliness alone. The nice young lady was really helpful and very pleasant. I like that you offer a laundry card as opposed to all those quarters or risk of receiving a hold on your credit card for larger amounts than your purchase just for some convenience. We were definitely in need of a solid laundry mat for this area. I will absolutely be coming back, I pray that you guys continue on this great path! Thank you! read more

Very helpful staff, clean as a whistle. Large washers did a great job with my down comforter & pillow. Dryers are fast. Will use again.

This is a great laundromat! They have tons of machines. Also you don't have to deal with quarters because they have cards and for every $20 you get a $2 bonus! They also have a wash and fold offer and an assortment of colorful laundry bags. Awesome place. read more

Giant Laundry is my go to place to drop off my dry cleaning and laundry needs. Fast, professional and economical is what I would say plus it's the cleanest store that I've ever since. The managers Emmie and Roci are so friendly and always smile and even remember my name when I stop in! My clothes always come back clean and Fresh smelling and folded better than when I first bought them. This is the only place to go in my opinion!! read more

Friendly courteous go out of their way staff fresh clean smelling clothing class act laundry! Brand new clean state of the art coin op or clean and fold facility. I won't go anywhere else! Absolutely LOVE the pick up and drop off Service! read more

Best laundromat I've been to. The equipment is always clean, powerful and well maintained, (ie: no temperature, function or odor problems that you might find at other public laundry facilities.) The floor space is open and always clean which is important when you're hauling bundles of clothes around. The attendants who run the place and super friendly and helpful. Because of the nature and culture of the local clientele, there are often Moms with messy children who eat and drop snacks and sugary drinks, but with a word to the helpful staff, that nuisance is remedied in a flash. The payment process is all digital with a card system which means you'll never need coins or currency! They also have a very active drop-off and wash/fold service which I'm eager to try. And the hours are 7am-11pm! Hell, when are they NOT open?!! All in all, a great experience. Even when I do get my home washer/drying back, I will prob still use Giant Laundry occasionally because of the speed and convenience. read more

Nice laundromat but unpleasant when kids are running all through it while you are trying to wash, dry and fold clothes. Tonight was crazy, with little kids running and parents saying nothing. read more

I have lived in this area for a while now and was so happy when a new laundromat finally opened just 3 minutes away from me. Although it is very nice and clean the customer service is not so great. In a place that usually has barely anyone in it the attending does not acknowledge you or even greet you! When I asked them a question about their payment program they did not know the answer so they called the owner who did not pick up. By the time I left the owner never called back. Safe to say I will be taking my business across town where the employees and owner are much more friendly and welcoming. read more
