I'm giving 2 stars because we've used them a few times now and things seemed fine. But this last time was probably our largest drop off and I couldn't be more disappointed. There was a t-shirt with the same food mark as when it was dropped off (looks no different and shouldn't be a true stain). A dress that smells just as sweaty as when it was dropped off (gotta love wedding dancing), just to name a couple. We will NOT be going back to this place after this. This dry cleaner ruined my husbands shirt, told us to come back with a receipt for a new shirt to reimburse us and then refused to make good on that promise. I was told that the original manufacturer of the shirt should pay for it since the care instructions weren't accurate. They are accomodating, I'll give them that. Happy to turn garments around same day and at least they do the work on premise. If you have nice clothes that you would like to continue wearing take them elsewhere. Several high-end dress shirts taken here came back with faded colors and cracked buttons. The cracked buttons thing really gets me. Stop and look at the shirt before letting it go out! Can I wear it after I leave? Will I get to a business destination and realize I brought shirts with broken buttons?? And really...what is going on with cleaners that buttons are being destroyed on shirts - either melted and deformed or cracked and broken off? WTF read more

The staff is very friendly and welcoming. They are very accommodating, and will ensure that you clothing is ready when you need it. In terms of customer service, I have nothing but good things to say. Unfortunately I've had buttons on high end dress shirts cracked here multiple times. I understand if that happens once in a while, and especially with cheaper buttons, but not multiple times with nice ones. This causes me to be concerned about bringing in my custom shirts with peal buttons and woven interlinings. Fast. Convenient. The only downside is the buttons of my shirts keep getting cracked/broken and no replacements are made. I know have to check all dress shirts after I pick them up, and before I pack them for business meetings. Do not bring expensive clothing, that you care about, to this dry cleaner. I wore designer Rhode dress once and had it dry cleaned. It came back with a huge rip down the front and burn marks on the shoulder. Rick was extremely rude and defensive, he proceeded to tell me I ripped it at the wedding. When I told him, it was an expensive dress and I have only worn it once he stated the dress was poor quality and I am an idiot for buying it. He refused to take ownership for the damage. We sent our king size down/alpaca comforter to this dry cleaner place to have it dry cleaned. Despite specific instructions to have it dry cleaned, they didn't follow the directions and our down/alpaca comforter blanket which we paid over $300 dollars directly from a trip in Australia shrunk in half. It should be common sense that if they are going to clean a down comforter/blanket, they should read the instructions on the tag first on the blanket before doing the dry cleaning. I got 2 Groupons for them...I used the first. I gave in 9 items to be dry cleaned, and got back 8 with no notification that one was missing. If it wasn't a unique dress that I knew for certain I had sent in, I may never have realized it was missing. I had to call twice before they were able to locate it and return in. 1 of the other items I sent in came back with more stains than it had before. I decided to get a refund on the second Groupon. I took a pair of pants to get stitched up for a ripped pocket. A week later I got the pants back and immediately packed them for a business trip (yes, I should have looked). Much to my dismay, when I put them on I found out they were never fixed, they were still ripped, and I couldn't wear them for work. When I took them back and asked the lady what was done to them last time she said, "probably nothing." No apologies, no money refunded, not even an offer to dry clean them for free. Horrible customer service and disgusting behavior from the owner. I have used their service for many years and have finally had it. A dress came back with new dirty spots and a silk dress was not cleaned entirely. I nicely asked for a refund (as I don't want to take another chance of new spots) and the owner became aggressive and told me it was not their policy to issue refunds. He told me that the other three garments were cleaned correctly, so "they got something right." I asked them to delete my home address and credit card information from their system but was told "it's all encrypted, there is no way for us to access it." They are overpriced and rude.
