The place is kept very tidy and clean by "Leticia" and she's very friendly and helpful if you need assistance or have questions about using the machines. There are huge dryers and ample folding tables. All equipment is very easy to use with detailed instructions. There's plenty of parking in back of the business and it's next door to CVS with a large parking lot. The on-site bathroom is immaculate as everything else. Will surely do all our larger loads here, which we cannot accommodate in our standard home washer and dryer.

Penny doesn't seemed to care, so I'm warning my neighbors and friends to stay far away from this "establishment."

She came over and showed me how to use the dryer. The only reason it didn't get five stars is the bathroom is not ADA compliant as the ADA handrails are falling off. But that's it. Oh yes, and very important, lots of parking and they have a basket that you can put your stuff in a roll out to your car.

Every single time the man who works here handles my service, he has been rude, disrespectful or angry. My last visit was the final straw. I brought in dress shirts to be cleaned and pressed. He looked at the items I dropped off and said "you don't like to iron, huh?" I thought he was joking, so I chuckled and said no- isn't that why cleaners are in business? He shook his head angrily and said "there outta be a law." Excuse me?! You're insulting a customer for bringing in items to be pressed? Was the insinuation women should stay home and iron?? Other examples: I dropped off an expensive Williams Sonoma table runner to be dry cleaned. When I picked it up it was clearly cleaned with bleach as the color was completely faded out. He refused to take responsibility and said they had followed the cleaning instructions, so it wasn't their fault. I've been aggressively yelled at for not having my paper slip, for coming by to pick up items a couple of hours before they were ready (a simple "it's not ready yet would have been fine, but I got a loud angry lecture). You'd think this rude behavior would have kept me away, but Ive noticed he wasn't this mean to everyone, so I gave him the benefit of the doubt. Complete disappointment, met with frustration that was fueled by defensive customer service…read more I brought my husband's custom navy suit to be dry cleaned before our wedding weekend. Not only did Prestige give me back the wrong pants (which I admittedly should have checked during pickup), but they had the balls to insist I was mistaken when I just returned the pants to them. A few other points of note: 1. When I pointed out to the owner that the inside navy lining of the jacket did not match the inside tan lining of the pants, she responded with "the lining of suit pieces never matches". I don't know about you, but I have never seen a custom tailored suit that did NOT match entirely... 2. When I tried to point out that the pants were clearly more worn than the jacket, she responded with "actually this jacket is very worn." Please note that the suit had only been worn 3x prior to this disagreement... the jacket is not worn. 3. When I said that the pants were too small in both waist band and length for my husband, a clear indication that these pants were not the ones we had custom fitted to him last year, she completely dismissed the comment. 4. Not once did I receive an apology for the mistake. I came to Prestige hoping for uneventful dry cleaning service. My husband is now out a pair of custom suit pants and I am completely frustrated with Prestige's ability to own up to their mistake or problem solve. Good riddance.
