I brought my wedding dress here to be dry cleaned after my wedding. When I picked it up, it was stained greyish. it was clear it was washed with other clothing which leaked dye on to it. they were very nice and offered to pay for the retail cost of the dress, which he "looked up" online and offered me $120. I was feeling like it was worth more because of sentimental value, but didn't say anything because I was just kind of caught off guard. I actually just checked the website now and the dress retailed for $150, which is my fault, i should have said that or looked it up but i was so anxious and in the moment I just wanted it to be over. Then they asked to keep my dress at the end of all this, which was sort of hurtful. I asked for it back and got it, so all is well, but the situation left a bad taste in my mouth. I'm still upset my wedding dress is ruined, I wasn't even paid the full value, and it was a bit nervey to ask to keep such a special piece of clothing.

My tailor took perfect alterations to both my jacket and pants and my suit came out perfect. This place also sells great suits at all different price ranges. I wish I checked it while I was there. the material was suppossed to be folded over and sewed on top. They didn't fold the material over to keep the detail. On top of that they didn't even sew in a straight line. And the one scarf they did came out with fuzzies. This is the first and last time they will take care of my things.
